This stop motion tribute to my 2 favorite old school arcade games is based on actual recorded game footage. The recordings were printed out, one frame at a time, and transferred by hand to various walls around my office floor using thousands of Post-It Notes. The process consumed weekends and holidays for the past 11 months. Changing background scenery was masked out and replaced with 1 consistent frame throughout the animation, producing an eerie stillness amid the moving images on the walls.

You have to admire the dedication of someone spending that much time and effort. Or is he just bonkers?

While I'm not a fan of his dance style it's clear the man has skills.

This video - which has no cuts, slow-motion or any other camera effects - still blows my mind: viewtopic.php?p=738791#p738791

Absolutely. It's original, well executed and a hell of a lot of work has obviously gone into it.

What appeals to me about the Dutch Uncles vid is that the guy just seems to be reacting to the music in a very personal and unique way rather than spending a lot of time working out his moves. I might be wrong, but I get the impression he doesn't choreograph it.

Two of the best/worst TV interviews of all time. Firstly with a man who doesn't move his mouth when talking, the second with a man so angry that if he were Scottish he might have a relation who lives in Bath........

How to assemble an iconic TV spaceship. And yes this is the original Liberator, hence why it's in a "decaying" state as this is how it was last seen on-screen:

You know, I always thought the ass-end of the liberator was, er, ass-ugly. The rest looks neat but, yeurch, no. Hope they change that in the new one.

Giant Independence Day/War of the Worlds style cloud envelopes Finnish beach to general fleeing/videoing. One of the weirdest cloud videos I've ever seen - this one genuinely looks like out of an alien invasion movie. 8)

Nothing can convince me to click on that. Brr.

Your description has however reminded me to check out Clint's film 'Play Misty for Me' sometime soon.

Rather long and not that visually interesting or anything... but... it's the Pope John Paul II with a baseball bat vs a pitching machine! For six minutes! He's relentless!

Bonus points for the interview conducted in the foreground about the history of the company's pitching machine, focusing on the Cardinel and the company executive, as if the Pope standing behind them repeatedly hitting automated baseballs with a pretty hefty swing isn't what people are interested in at all. Take that, Harry!
