We use https://turnipprophet.io/ for tracking turnip prices. Starts to narrow down what pattern you’re on after a couple of days.

Thank you all :luv:

Would love to come and visit DM if you’re around when I can get five minutes. One child sleeping, one mid bottle!

I'll reopen the gate at 2 and then I usually leave it open till I finish work at 5:30 so hopefully that'll give you a chance to pop by :)

Thank you. I’ll come by at 2pm (might need a couple of trips) and then I’ll bring my wife’s islander over with hers.

I’m not cut out to be a stalk trader, it’s so stressful! :D

A visit to the Isle of Flump at Devilman's is mighty tempting. Hard to decide. I've had a terrible week of bell prices steadily dropping, bottoming out at 34 this morning. However it's just shot to 93 this afternoon! Is this the start of an exciting large spike? Are the good times really about to roll? Should I gamble or take the safe option and nip over-seas? Questions, questions, rrrrgh!

According to the Turnip Prognosticator (all hail the Turnip Prognosticator), putting those two values in only gives you the possibilty of a max of 183 during tomorrow. As DM has 189, I'd take it.

Rowan has decided she doesn’t want an afternoon nap and would much rather lounge on Mama so this is what repeat trips to Flump looks like from my perspective:

Had a quick trip to Flump then and a little explore. I dig the maze! Also took a recipe for a garden bench and a wild log bench from the Free area, as I was going out of my mind trying to find them on my island. My campsite needs that cosy rustic feel, my garden it's bench for sipping wine on and reading gud books. Turnip sale was good, made a cool 80,000.

Anyone else get the feeling though upon returning to your island that 'There's no place like home'?

I'm also going to have to create a free area. Hmm. Maybe in front of Nook's Shop, I'll put some decking down and some rope fence and signage and... (three hours later, etc.)

Finally, after about 300 bait, caught the Mahi Mahi. Just after my angelfish, betta, fly and ant now. Darwin and I are going to redesign the flowerbeds up near his house next as they’re a bit of a mess.

and I love Flump
and visiting other island usually makes me feel like my island is small compared to other islands which I'm sure is not true
I'm having a crappy time so I'm listing more things I love:
having you guys to play AC with, it really makes the game better
how almost all butterflies in AC flap like majestic eagles in the distance - this makes me giggle a lot
how Clyde (my cute horse guy) runs around with his little arms wide for no reason all the time
Roald my egg shaped penguin
running on the beach to pick up shells and hopefully a bottle
the fact that my husband Steve has a house on our island and doesn't know it and I sneak playing on his account now and then
hats
my new official companion guide that got delivered today!!
looking forward to so many new things, I see things in pictures and videos that I haven't seen yet and also my friend made an island in the southern hemisphere (?!) and I went there last night and saw fall trees and mushrooms! so cute!

Personally, I love all the little touches that, if they weren't there, you wouldn't bat an eyelid, but having them there just add to the whole experience. Like an islander applauding you for catching a fish if they're close by. Or them commenting on you wearing something that they gave you. Or the little waves they give you when you leave a building. Yesterday I was reading about how even some of the fake paintings have little hidden additions too.

Thanks - you have a great looking island - mine is still basically a jungle in compassion :-)

That let me pay off the next loan to nook and request the next house extension

How often does Celeste appear? She's on my Island at the moment and I got a recipe. Is she just random or does she appear at the same time with everyone?

Yep. Gate is open now. Might leave the switch on overnight for any night owls. I'm a bit back and forth so if I don't say hello, don't be offended. :)

I was in a bit of a rush this morning, so haven't looked around much, but Kicks is here. Gate is open again

https://twitter.com/underlogic_sw/statu ... 0875123712

Turnip prices are 192 at the moment.

Interestingly, if you leave the gate open through the night, the morning announcement doesn't happen and the shop doesn't open. As soon as you close the gate, both are triggered.

As I haven't dumped for 7 days, two full inventories of recipes dropped off at DM's. If there's too many, feel free to sell em DM!

What I'll probably do is leave them around for a week or so and any that haven't been hoovered up by me or anyone else, I'll probably sell on. I do the same with the items and clothing too. :)

What you ladies need is a good hard spreadsheet, if I do say so myself.

:hat:

Here's the one I used.

*it was and now it's fixed. i think

Thank you to whoever helped scoop up some of the star fragments; I hadn't had chance this morning. It meant I could build my oh-so-subtle Taurus Bath
