I'm sorry, I can't possibly see HOW the mother has not been charged with neglect after leaving her 15 year old daughter (who, incidentally is now dead) in a foreign country with her "25 year old boyfriend" who gave her drugs, to go off travelling to 'other parts' of the country. It's a stupid and irresponsible thing to do. I hate hippies.

Not sure I agree with that. Tragic and regrettable, given what happened, but criminal negligence?
