After far too long faffing about, I've finally got my blog online at reverttosaved.com/. There's not a huge amount there yet, but I'll be updating it regularly for the astonishing sum of £0 to all visitors. The reason I mention it here is because the blog's in part designed to support features I'm writing for magazines, and so expect retro-gaming, Macs and arty things to feature heavily. If I get time, I'll also be uploading proofed transcripts of interviews I've done with Jon Hare, Alexey Pajitnov and others over the next couple of months.

Anyway, B00kmark, Plz (or whatever the kids say these days).

How much is that per day?
Excellent. Next start up World of Terrifying Eye :D

£0/365, you scallywag.

As for the terrifying eye, perhaps I'll make it randomly appear full-screen when you enter the site.
Bookmarked!

Looks lovely Craig.

This sounds expensive. I'm going elsewhere to create my own site called World Of Zuul. Although World Of Zuul might be cold due to it being in my fridge.
Yeay!

And you started off with a 5 star review of Space Invaders Extreme! It's like you are writing it just for me!

That game is a hair's breadth away from replacing H.E.R.O. in my Retro Gamer 'favourite game' slot on the Retrobates page.
I shall read this, I reviewed said game for this very site and gave it the equivalent of 3.

Space Invaders Extreme? Really? Do you hate fun, or are you hoping to join Edge at some point soon?

To be fair, it might well be a Marmite game, but I'm finding it fantastic fun in an OutRun 2 kind of way. It's a great update of an old (if spectacularly ropey) classic, with bits of Rez and fruit machines welded on for good measure.
My review explains all, it'll be on a site at some point. I agree with you entirely that Space Invaders itself was horrible.

EDIT : Having actually read your review, your first paragraph is almost identical to mine. I'm suing ;)

Well, there's the problem in having your review behind a (digital) wall of concrete for ages!
I gave EXTREME a solid 9/10 for Jolt. I've added your site to the links chunk on my blog, Craig :)

That is an excellent name. I've added you to my dull-by-comparison 'People and places'.
Hehe :)

We're now officially link-sharing SEO whore bags.
Yup. That said, my links bit isn't going to be a free-for-all. If I thought your writing was rubbish, I wouldn't have added your link, but I rather enjoyed the couple of pieces I looked at. And you gave SIE a 9, obv.

Sounds good to me.

Hehe, I thankyou :)

And Savygamer - I'm sure I did have a link for it already, but obviously I don't! *changes*
Inspired by your lovely web-skills, I've updated my blog. It's the best I can do with blogspot...
Well, the invader is certainly an iconic image, and very vibrant in your site. Red on green—my old art tutor would be very happy with that.

As for RTS, that runs on WordPress, which is pretty configurable, although it was a baptism of fire for me getting the layout working how I wanted it to. I'm pretty impressed with WP 2.5, though. The admin section is lovely.
I too use Wordpress.
I'll probably get around to setting up WordPress one day soon. I just can't be arsed. Is it easy to migrate blogger stuff to it?
