An idea has been put forward to the Yes, Chef (Meat and Fire Dpt)!. Basically rather than bringing "enough of X for Y people" you pay £Z and the Yes, Chef (Meat and Fire Dpt)!s buy and cook something on your behalf.
The idea is that rather than a three sets of £5 burgers, we buy a big hunk of brisket, or something.
Thoughts?

Acceptable.
Selfishly I'd much prefer this idea as it's more convenient for me; and if the chefs themselves would rather do this it's a double bonus. I'm more than happy to go with their preference either way though.
Obvs we would still make arrangements for folks with specific dietary requirements. Grudgingly.
Also if we want to make and bring random shit anyway, that's still allowed, right?
