IMAX Deadpool was £14 for the good seats and £12 for the rabble.

On Saturday I spent $17 on Soft Shell Crab Eggs Benedict, and that lasted approximately 9 minutes.

I'm not sure why the one-percenters are getting involved here.

I'm fairly sure I remember a situation where your cash spent / time spent ratio was far, far worse.

This is true. In fact the best thing about that is that everything is now a bargain.

Sorry, but… I'm confused - were the eggs soft-shell? Or the crabs? Or were they crabs' eggs? Or did the eggs belong to Benedict? Is Benedict a crab? Isn't Benedict an inappropriately-gendered name for an organism that can lay eggs? We must be told.

When a crab sheds its shell, there's a period of time during which it has no shell at all before it grows back. During this period you can kill it, gut it, batter it, and deep fry it whole. This is a soft shell crab.

The eggs are unrelated.

Do you not find it really odd when someone's head is the same width as their neck?

Watched it.

Was good, funny (although both Jem and I found the humour towards the start to feel very forced, it got better as it went on) and definitely an improvement on the mindnumbing boredom that the other MCU films (Ant-Man excluded) have become.

I finally watched got around to watching Deadpool this evening.

Ha! It's brilliant!

Most fun I've had with a film for a while. Ryan Reynolds does a really good job of making Deadpool likeable enough to make him a appealing protagonist - handled wrong it could have felt we were just expected to root for a dick.

I liked it very much.

EDIT - I knew nothing about the backstory or the character himself going into the film either.

ZOMG Spoiler! Click here to view!
So I didn't realise he was a sort of antihero, or the whole cancer backstory and getting his super powers from the baddies, the deformed face after he got his powers, and all that stuff - so I was getting surprises along the way too.

Or get it from Amazon. Amazon is always cheapest.
