That scene annoyed me. Even outnumbered, the super elite soldiers should have minced them up. When I realised it was a trap, I assumed it would be something more elaborate; like a gate would shut behind them, and then the masked buggers would be up high with ranged weapons or boiling oil. There was even a long shot of the corridor showing high windows. But no, they just looked at each other for a bit, and then because the plot demanded the Unsullied lose they suddenly forgot shield discipline or how to fight as a unit of spear carriers. Idiots.
Still, it's the first interesting thing to happen in Daenerys's plotline all season, so at least there's that.
EXACTLY. Within seconds I thought "LINE UP AND SPEAR THEM ALL TO DEATH". Infact I watched a bit of Kings of Kings (1961) over Easter, and the Roman soldiers did just that:
(the ones on the walls just stood there and stopped people escaping. The mine line of soldiers just marched from left to right, poking everyone to death as they mercilessly steamrolled over them)

Surely you haven't only just noticed this?
My wife noticed within seconds that one of the Dorne girls -- the one with the vicious spear throw, Obara Sand -- was in The Amazing Johnsons. Also, she was nominated for an Oscar at the age of 12(!).
Edit - I just realised the name "Sand" means she's a bastard (like Jon Snow.) I'm still figuring out the family lines of the Done lot.
I don't know if you're a book reader (BOOK READERS FUCK OFF), but I don't think it's a spoiler to say that all of the "sand snakes" are the numerous (all female?) children of that guy who got his eyes squeezed out and that angry Spanish-styled woman. They're technically all illegitimate bastards as they're not married, hence all of them being called blah-blah Sand. The Dornish people don't care for such legalities as paramaroes are normal there, or something, so it's ok to have a million illegitimate offspring. All of that is in the show, but it's hurried, parts of it were last season and there's a million characters so I don't think it's easy to pick up on.
ps: I mainly remember Littlefinger from Queer as Folk. He was the main gay guy who taught the young guy how to bum properly. Formative stuff that was.
