Well, if we're not spoilerising, [oh, we are]

I'm fairly sure a reanimated corpse is a zombie. And whatever limited cognition Romero's ones have, they're not being ordered around by someone else.

I love ruining stuff so I've read A Feast for Crows as well. Lordy, you'd think I hated myself.

Anyway, it's good but, boy, he don't 'arf rattle on. Fack all happens for nigh on 400 pages ... but then I didn't want it to end. Blast.

Has this got a date for showing in the UK or internetz yet? I've almost finished the last book and will be desperately upset when I'm not occupying my free time with Game of Thrones related stuff.

Also, if anyone wants to natter about the books then I'm well armed with reading knowledge. Bring it on.

"Winter has been and gone"- the unofficial motto of house Lannister now they've screwed the Starks.

If Bran raises some animal/woodland army to fight the Wights ala Lord of the Rings, I'm going to punch George Martin until he says "R.R.RRRRRRrrrrrrrr".

Anyhoo, just found an extract from the next book at the end of A Dance With Dragons. Strangely I'm in love with the madness that is Theon and it's joyous to see him and Stannis alive and well despite the Raven Jon received.

Yeah, it's great, isn't it? The whole Reek thing is toe curlingly unpleasant.

Arya's

are possibly the best bits of the entire series. She's certainly the standout character.

Yeah, especially after the telly box character was so well realised, I find myself wanting to know whether she'll find her brothers and sister again. Awesome work slashing that singers throat.

I didn't care so much for Damphair or the rest of the Ironborn bar Theon and Asha, both of whom I love. What's the wildling guy's name who's always laughing; I love that guy, an all. Thoramund Giantsbane or summats. And Jon, natch.

Find them, rape them, drown them, burn them and then leave their children in the woods to get eaten by wights. It's the only way they'll learn.

She's my favourite, too.

She's become my 'celebrity I'd most like to spend the night with' since Heath Ledger died. I keep a little figurine of her on my desk at work. :luv:

Signed up for NowTV yesterday so we can watch this. Only £4.99 a month for the entertainment package - I'd spend more than £15 on the Blu-ray so worth it even if we watch nothing else.

They've sent me an email today saying they're sorry I couldn't watch NowTV last night and have a free month.

The Hound is so awesome.

It annoys me that they changed the guy who hangs around with Danaerys.

Have they missed out Strong Belwas, or does he turn up later? This show clearly needs a big fat pit fighter who talks in the third person.

He should be around by now. So it looks unlikely that he's going to show

I was wondering about why Daaaaaaaaaaario doesn't looks as "sexy" as he did before. A new beard perhaps? Different hair? It takes this thread to point out it's a completely different actor who look nothing alike.

While I was watching I just thought "who the fuck is this guy?" but that is my default setting when watching GoT.

I must do, because I can't see the post where you say "They've changed the actor who plays Daaaaaaario" ;). I did however see the post Curio made about i. (And it wasn't until I read his post that I realised they had actually changed the actor. I just thought he 'looked a bit different').
