I think everyone is a baddy at the moment!

Grim... is a Jawa though, i'm still betting on that.

The only sensible option seems to me is to go with what Flis says and lynch Grim...
If Flis is telling the truth then all to the good, if Flis is lying she will be lynched the next day for sure.

It's an extremely complex defence if she is a bad guy!

Wow. Really well designed game.

I am pretty unsure that flis is or isn't jedi now. However, if she isn't and doesn't get lynched then Luke would have to kill her tonight. That would be risky so she may be Vader herself with the protection.

I guess the Jedi asked two questions by saying "are x and y in cahoots" or "are any of x and y" in the empire.

It certainly has divided camps a bit which will make it a bit more obvious on subsequent days who is on who's side if they re-read today.

Indeed, I wouldn't be surprised if that has got Grim... lynched and saved Flis. I wouldn't want to be MaliA tomorrow, his last post was clumsy to say the least!

Obviously I want the empire to win but by god this is riveting stuff!

Bloody well played flis.

Malia was on the suspicion meter from day 1 but he's really cementing that.

Some of the quieter ones are going to have to pipe up and start voting now or this could time out.

Reading that thread, I love the "there's no evidence". Well, of course not, it's a role claim. Several people, including Sinister and Grim... seeming fairly shirty with their replies, which really ought to put suspicion on them. Particularly Sinister. Off with their heads.

Was luke looking into his lightsaber when he switched it on?
Yoda drowned in a puddle?
Maul chopped off his own foot?
Boba enslaved Jabba?

Hello!
Thanks for doing a subtle Yoda claim, Mr Russ!

And thanks for being an easy target, Troop!

This really is a weird game, full of extremes...

Most nights without a kill
Quickest lynch
Quickest win

Anything else? Is this due to the complexity of the rules, or just a fluke?
If it is due to the rule complexity, then I might have to tone down the scum game I have written, as it is an order of magnitude more complex! :D

It's been a combination of some massive flukes, some very good play and some absolutely bone-headed mistakes.

I don't recall making a yoda claim. Not least because I'm not yoda!

Point it out to me, as it's obviously what got me killed, but I made a lot of posts that day.

Your only post on Day One was in yoda-speak.

Right, good, that's that sorted, then. Sinister tomorrow, and then we can start looking for Jabba and Jawa, perhaps.

Even with the complete belmingness of the Jedi, I'm think it's pretty much impossible for the baddies to have won this game :(

It's not even that, I don't think. It's a combination of nearly everyone knowing who someone else is, meaning you can't take a risky roleclaim on a 0-1 role, no investigative role and people being told if they were being blocked by a goodie or a baddie (it was a bit of a shock when GazChap dropped that on us).
Yoda seems epically powerful, but fortunately (for the Empire) he appears to be asking some, er, "interesting" questions - I can't wait to find out what they were.

So now, until someone takes a lucky pop at either Maul or Obi1, or the slaves come in, I'm not convinced much is going to happen at night time.

When you see what has happened over the night phases, you will laugh at how very wrong this assessment is!

In fairness, the game has lasted so long because the Sith always wait until the last possible moment before putting in their night actions.

Bloody Sith.

It's actually very interesting, but only if you know who everyone is and what they're doing. This is perhaps a self-indulgent scum game. I'm probably having more fun than anyone actually in the game!

I got your ruleset. A little complicated, no? Seems like fun. I'll read it properly tomorrow.

I would like this one to run again at some point. Maybe with one less roleblocking role depending on what went on overnight causing the lack of action.

More rando predictions from me:
Zeppo is R2.
Lacesensor is C3P0.
Zaphod and Gazchap bad Sith.
Gilly is Jabba or Lando (sided with Sith).
Craster keeps drifting on and off my suspicion meter, so not sure.
Most others have been too quiet.
