basically - one is a scummy liar, but they both vote Runcle - therefore Runcle is neither a DrDoom-ite, or a SuperGoodie (except venom).
GJ was the next in line for perusal so she is getting the FoD now.

Interestingly, Joans has not said anything against voting for GJ, Craster has been silent (which, if he is a baddie does point to being on GJs side maybe?)

So your total reasoning for Runcle was "what the SK posted" - and you backed away from your earlier comments - otherwise i think he'd have been gone.

A lynch means we have a 1 in 20 or so chance of killing a town vigilante. It also means we have a 2 in 20 or so chance of activating a SECOND town vigilante. Those are good sodding odds.

It's got to be Runcle.

Not because he's probably guilty, but because of the number of people it implicates as scum if he's innocent.

Craster and Owen are both desperate for a lynch but neither are willing to switch candidates. If Runcle's not a wrong 'un, they can swing next.

I'm going to [vote: Runcle] because if either of J or C are IM, neither of them seem to think he is a definte good guy.

I never backed away from my earlier comments. I've been saying Runcle might be the killer based on the killing method from the beginning of the day. That's actual evidence, flimsy, yes, but evidence. But what's making me doubt that evidence and is convincing me that Runcle is some other sort of baddie is the number of people who seem absolutely unwilling to see him dead.

Whew.

The SK more or less has to stop at 5, though if we get 5 days in (and that's perhaps more likely with a no lynch, depending on who we stop with a lynch) we'll be down to really really tight margins. And there might have been 5 bad guy mates + black sceptre, Dr Doom + four maybes.

God, I hope I'm right about this...

Someone has a torch, but it's not working too well. In the flashes of light, you see Runcle going down beneath a mass of bodies. It's furious stuff, and Runcle is only a skinny little guy. Every time the torch splutters on you see a snapshot of what is going on - Runcle has his hands out, Runcle curls into a ball, Runcle stops screaming.
The torch snaps on, and stays on. People back away from Runcle's broken body, fists bleeding, out of breath.
She was at the back during the fighting, getting to the accused too late to join in the killing, but now Goddess Jasmine grabs Runcle's wallet. She flips through it, finding the ID, although you hardly need it. It says "August Hoffer".
Runcle was Caliban.
