Note - the two bedrooms upstairs near the small bathroom are reserved for people with children or who might have children with them. This keeps them away from everyone else ;)

Where are those? Is that in the main or smaller cottage?

Don't complain when I put Deftones on in the snooker room at deafening volume though.

I won't complain; I'll just punch you in the face.

Mimi - they are up the stairs and then aaaaaall the way round to the left. Directly above the snooker room. Last year the rooms were occupied by my family in one room and Mr Dave/Ramsea in the other. This year the other may house Matilda if the Mali family choose to bring her.

Great fun folks. Many many thanks to Curio for organising it and running the quiz, and to the cooks for a fantastic dinner. And of course, thanks to everyone for being the most excellent bunch of people on the Internet.

Thank you all so very much. Especially Curio for making it happen. And Trooper for thr help in the AMAZING NEW mafia tactic called "The Sweep" which is clearly genius.

Currently at Cherwell services; post-holiday blues kicked in powerful fast so I'm scoffing a Danish pastry to attempt to simulate some serotonin. Also, coffee. I need all the coffee.

Can someone please tell me the name of the game that we played where four people dressed as toad chased the person with the gamepad on the WiiU?

Currently on the M11.

Had a fantastic weekend. Thanks so much to everyone for being so brilliant.

Johann Sebastian Joust was a lot of fun, though personally I loved the Pole Riders game the most.

Technohat was amazeballs. Some great games of Last Night On Earth, Some Word Game That Other Matt Had (sample dialogue: "Name cities that are not capitals" ... "Cardiff"), Revolution, Ticket To Ride, Mafia and Cards Against Humanity.

Yay cottage!

Looked on Amazon to see how much Asda stiffed me for my Demolisher - it's £33, £6 more expensive!

Feels like a bargain now.

Just waiting for the train to take me the last 10 miles home.

Amazing weekend with so many highlights there are too many to list whilst typing on a phone

Loved seeing everyone again and also meeting new people too.

Can't wait for next year and hopefully I won't need to call in so many favours next time.

I not long ago finished unpacking. Not that it's taken me all this time, but I had to keep stopping for a little sit down.

I can't believe I didn't get slo-mo video of the Nerf autocannon doing its thing.

Excellent cottage. Great games, great drinking, great people. Cheers to you all.

Highlights were the game of Cards against Humanity that was non-stop hilarity, the quiz and scum as they always are, and the game of Last Night on Earth that basically went like this:

"Right, we have fifteen turns to search all these buildings for gasoline and car keys then get them back here to the car without being eaten by zombies!"
*card draw*
"You mean this gasoline?"
*card draw*
"And these car keys?"
"Right, er - sorted, heros win!"

".....braaains?"
