Backed up with Hulk and Irony Man.

Bosh, Bash, Bosh.

Wolverine for damage, Hulk to soak up punishment, Black Widow to stun and steal their AP.

My Wolverine is still a wuss.

Iron Man can collect blues and then hit for eleventy billion damage.

Juggernaut's Headbutt powers up so quickly too.

Tis a fun game.

Thought I'd quickly load the game up on my phone, but it looks like progress doesn't sync between devices, which is a shame.

If you can get her powers levelled up enough give some serious thought to going Classic Black Widow. Her AP-stealing powers are cheaper than Modern BW and while she's missing a stun power the fact that she's constantly nicking AP and has a heal / countdown timer increase as her blue power means that she's doing basically the same job - stopping the enemy from hurting you - whilst getting everyone back to full health to allow you to spam your main team over and over in tournaments without having to use health boosts.

It does if you connect it to Facebook. Or at least it did for me, a mate of mine had problems with it.

Ah, well I don't have Facebook.

By 'progress' I meant that when I opened it on my phone, it started from the tutorial and that again.

Then get Facebook!

Or at least make a fake profile with no real data and connect it to your MPQDR account.

Or don't.

The choice is yours!

Create a new account not so easily traced to you. Maybe Russ Sithlord.

Actually scratch that, everyone will know who that is.

Pro-tip: create a new throwaway email address if you're going to do this! Even if you put all fake details against the account it'll still connect you to people if you use the same email address you've used to email other people in the past (assuming those people have let Facebook harvest all their contacts with it seems most people do).

Hmmm, I think I might try to finish high in this event, as I really want the 3* Spidey covers, and it has a daytime finish so can play to the end (work permitting).

Hmm, might end up on Facebook after all then. Like the idea of a throwaway profile for games, or I could just have a normal profile and spam the crap out of people with game notifications, heh.

Probably get chased down.

Just had my record loss. I got three turns, then Widow and Storm chained powers to take down Iron Man, Hulk and Widow without me getting another go. Vicious.

Ten turns that time before the uber combo kicked in. I don't really understand it, as some of the attacks don't generate AP, but she still gets to do the Storm Red attack five times in one turn. Oh well.

They'll just release new prologue missions eventually I assume. Anything to make you spend more coins.

Anyway, the journey is its own reward.

Man, with my rating back over 400, any time I get attacked I lose so many points! And since most people in the competition have better heroes than me, I may struggle to do well.

I'm gonna try to maintain position and then go all crazy near the deadline.

Here's something I found.

Where it says you get three attempts, if you fail, then you can use your second attempt once fully regenerated, and the other team does not regenerate.

The amount of points you win (and lose) is dependant on how many points you (and your opponent) have. The best tactic seems to be to wait until the last hour and then hit it hard, as you steal points off the people who have been accumulating them all the way through, and they don't have time to get them back.

Indeed, and I got Top Twenty in the Widow one doing just that. Maybe if I start from a higher base then I can do even better :)
