I take it you're pressing the green arrow at the top right of the screen?

Actually, they aren't. They have accidentally boosted wolverine this release, so that his powers produce 4 friendly strike tiles, rather than 2 friendly and 2 enemy, and the next release will bring him back to where he used to be.

The main change that is going to annoy me, is that they are planning to introduce an ISO cost to skipping fights.

Wolverine has never introduced enemy strike tiles, and the amount of friendly tiles is dependent on how much red AP you have.

I never have to do that, it just happens automagically the first time I play a round after about 2pm-ish.

The 3* Wolverine drops 4 strike tiles, two blue and two pink, corresponding to the two teams. Bit weird, but there ya go.

Cras is concerned about the 2* Wolverine he uses as his main dude.

I'm also concerned about Thor, as I like my Thor and he's getting nerfed too.

As long as my Storm Classic can hit all enemies for 1200 a go with her blue attack, I'm cool. Over 2200 to all enemies in the current event! :D

To be fair, Wolverine is scary awesome against an AI too stupid to realise it needs to get rid of his strike tiles at all costs. Depending on how serious the nerf is, I might need to transition to an Ares-based economy for my green/red-power needs.

The Black Widow in the weird grey body suit is petty sneaky as a red/green character. Her sniper rifle does decent damage and destroys a load of tiles, as does her pistol, so she's awesome against characters with countdowns or similar.

I don't get any daily resupplies now, no matter whether I play a round from the events tab, or a mission from the prologue tab.

The green box never appears.

I've only got her at 15. And she'd stop me using Original Black Widow, who's pretty much the first name on the team sheet at the moment.

I am quite enjoying going for high rankings at the moment. Got three heroic tokens for finishing well in a story mode thing, and got two Punisher covers. Yeah!

Bloody hell. I can't get another Punisher for love nor money.

Well, I could get it for money.

Quite like the mechanic on the new challenge where the levels of the enemies you fight go up with every win and down with every loss.

I don't like that mechanic, because it means I can no longer skip opponents until I can batter the shit out of weaklings.

They've done Thor in. His yellow used to do 2000+ damage at level 77. It's now 700+, at level 85.

Yep. He was ludicrously easy to kill everyone before; just get the easy red match, and it pretty much set off a chain to destroy the opposition team.

Unfortunately (for me) they've also fixed the bug on Wolverine Patch. He's meant to create strike tiles for both teams but previously created solve for your own team! I am super happy that I got 20,000 in the latest event to get his red power though. Could really do with the yellow one too, but c'est la vie.

The 2* Wolverine still seems good. Only major nerf I can see is you only heal when under 50% health. He still creates loads of strike tiles and hits hard though.

It was always pretty big, I think. I'm all for weakening the yellow, but it still takes a squillion tiles to charge.

The current event is making me happy, as I have a Lvl50 Iron Man, who when boosted is both massively powerful and a wonderful tank.

The team of him with Storm (2*) and Daken is ace.

Woah!

On 'The Simulator' there's an eminently winnable match that gives you 5000 ISO!

:DD

I'm assuming the event will repeat, and next time i'll do the hard 5000 one first, as it seems to increase the enemy level as time passes, rather than any other measure.
First time I looked they were L71ish but I didn't have any characters with health left that could beat them. Went back when I had characters and they were up to L91, looked again after a few minutes and they were L119!

Yeah, glad I did the two 5000 ISO fights yesterday. Although the value for the fights seems to go up as the difficulty does, so I suppose ideally you're trying to find the sweet spot where it's doable but still paying out a million billion pounds.

I'm desperate for 50,000 points and the yellow patch Wolverine power in this event.
