I haven't finished watching Breaking Bad yet, but I can't wait until the episode where Walt builds a MoonLab so he can sell his Meth to aliens. That game was fun, although I'm now selling meth at about twice the rate as the entire world economy does everything.

Snob and/or idiot then. I'm definitely not lying. I do eat it every now and again, but it is wholly unsatisfying food.

Things you should.not do with a McDonalds or Burger King Burger. An incomplete list:

1. Order them with no topping and then open and look at the meat. Unless you have a craving for ill looking pustulous meat.

I am a man who will willing eat microwavable burgers and will cook Tesco Value burgers in the oven. I don't think a plain Big Mac would put me off too much.

I also started it up when this was posted and the money is rolling in now - it helped that my machine was just sitting there 'making meth and money' all weekend so grabbed the updated version today and had enough money to buy some of the bigger ticket items (and all the new upgrades) - still only 12 of 14 achievements.

Stats

Batches cooked: 5,439,338,399,287
Batches hand-cooked: 15,296,195
Batches sold: 5,506,394,739,045
Batches hand-sold: 4,981,417
Total upgrades purchased: 50
Total cash earned: 295,030,625,835,746
Seconds spent playing: 340,275

Its also interesting its now using %age points off your income for the random acts so you get stuff like

Quote:
You found an extra barrel of meth, with 9,597,117,600 batches inside!
★ You were able to negotiate your way out of a DEA raid
★ A mystery benefactor has contributed $506,899,425,000 to your cause
★ You were able to negotiate your way out of a DEA raid
★ You found an extra barrel of meth, with 9,597,117,600 batches inside!
✗ A rival cartel has hijacked a sale worth $1,731,906,368,750!

I'm a little imbalanced between selling and making so I'm saving up for

Quote:
Heisenbelt

$41,032,501,000,000 — A series of labs on the outer edges of the solar system that convert asteroids into pure crystal

cooks 55,205,000 per second; 0% risk

My 'current' running numbers

Quote:
You have a nearly impossible chance of a DEA raid (-182%)

Batches (purity is FDA Approved Additive)
4,116,035,640
-55,197,200 per second (net)

Well yes, but substitute "any question" for "what does BLT stand for" and you'd probably produce the same answer. ;)

Depending on the model i'm pretty sure any PSP can be modded (although you might need to buy a specific game)

A quick Google seems to say the same. I've seen some files that need downloading but I don't know if the links still work. I'll do a bit more digging this evening if I get chance.

I picked up a PSP 3000 a while back and the state of play hadn't changed for years before that. Essentially you can only softmod once the firmware's gone past a certain version but it just means keeping a few files permanently on your memory card. Every time you switch it on you just browse to and execute the sofmod and it reboots the PSP with the custom firmware in memory and you're off. It'll then keep the custom firmware booted until the next time you power the PSP completely off at which point you're back on the official firmware again. A little bit annoying but not really a big deal.

Thanks Bamba. That's what I read and while it's not ideal, it seems good enough for what I'll need it for. I'll have a play if and when it turns up.

I've no idea what any of that is about and only just skimmed it, but when I was ill and had a day off last Friday I watched the whole series so far of the Great British Bake Off. I'd never seen it before. It wasn't ground shaking but good to wrap up on the sofa with. That Ruby girl was my favourite. I thought she had a good blend of imagination, skill, and the judges seemed to think her food tasty.

The scouse judge guy is awesome. I liked the Tandoh and wanted her to win, although I can totally see why people get wound up by her - she does seem the "always the centre of attention" type. But hey, it's a TV show.

This is quite funny though: http://usvsth3m.com/post/62904065055/th ... uby-tandoh

I, too, want the Tandoh to win.

Anyway, some things I will never, ever, ever, ever understand:

(1) Bicycle clips
(2) Craster
(3) Women
(4) Why old people get blue rinses
(5) The Tories
(6) Craster
(7) The enduring attraction of football
(8) Physics
(9) Why the fucking fucking fuck they cancelled Firefly. It is absolutely the finest TV series ever. Why? WHY? And yes, fine, you cancelled it, but if you can get the money and gumption together to follow it up with a feature film, why not just CARRY ON WITH THE BLOODY SERIES? Particularly when shite like 4400 gets several serieseseses. It's going to annoy me for EVER. It's the main reason I hope there isn't an afterlife, as I can't imagine being sat around until infinity wondering about this, hoping I bump into both Joss Whedon and the TV execs concerned so I can pit them in a one sided cage fight where I set some seriously abused seraphim onto Whedon's side.

Yes, I'm partway through rewatching firefly.

Anyone else really like film soundtracks? I'm one of the few people in our company with an office (I know, I'm totes speshul) but the new CCO next door is a LOUD FUCKER and the design of the adjacent offices mean his infinity-person conference calls on the boom boxes carry through to my office like the VOICES OF GOD (apparently, God's into paradigms). As a result, I stick the old headphones in for most of the day, and I find myself listening to soundtracks - and nerdly nerd boy that I am, this tends to be stuff like Jurassic Park, Star Wars, LOTR, Master & Commander, Skyrim ( I KNOW OK). Failing that it will be Classic FM. I find I can concentrate better with stuff without words. It used to be that didn't matter, so I'd listen to normal music when working or studying. These days though, no words (so not even Seven Brides...). Is it senility setting in?

Admittedly I'm only a couple of minutes in, but that's weirdly brilliant.

Don't they mean 100 though?

I know the one about blue rinses.,

Most people's hair doesn't go pure 'white', so will go grey. However, unless you had very dark hair, your hair can often look a kind if dirty colour if you were naturally dark blonde or ginger/red. Blue tones thus down to give a more complimentary colour. In theory.

See, blue should neutralise any red tones and purple should neutralise any yellow/dirty blonde tones (opposite ends of the colour spectrum)

I'm going to dye mine proper bright blue when I'm old. Big old lady Afro in bright blue, please. I'm also going to carry rolls and rolls of Parma violets in a handbag with my free bus pass. It's going to be amazing.

:) I'm going to start painting some of the mountain of space marines upstairs soon as well.

I can't wait for the Xwing minis game to turn up. I've got a 4' by 4' print of a Hubble photo on the way from a vinyl banner printer as a game mat, and I'm then going to get load of the ships from Xwing alliance off some guys on Shapeways...

I might suggest Baz has a blue rinse.

Unrelated... Anyone else played Clicking Bad? I'll let you guess the subject. There's not a lot to it, at all but it's fun. I've earned upwards of $6 Trillion dollars. 8)

I haven't finished watching Breaking Bad yet, but I can't wait until the episode where Walt builds a MoonLab so he can sell his Meth to aliens. That game was fun, although I'm now selling meth at about twice the rate as the entire world economy does everything.

I also started it up when this was posted and the money is rolling in now - it helped that my machine was just sitting there 'making meth and money' all weekend so grabbed the updated version today and had enough money to buy some of the bigger ticket items (and all the new upgrades) - still only 12 of 14 achievements.

Got bored waiting for the last purchase so accidentally multiplied the amount you can cook and sell per click by 10000 in the javascript and now the numbers don't fit on the screen any more.
Plus the hidden achievement for typing "THANK YOU!" (no quotes) into the Import box prompt.

New Alien game; sounds awful. I bet Grim... and GazChap still lap it up though.
