I can't get on snpp.com and I don't understand why

I can't access http://www.snpp.com and it's bugging the shit out of me - it just times out whenever I try to access it. I can get there if I go via an anonymous proxy, but not otherwise. Why would this be happening, and how can I fix it? Any ideas, web-savvy types?

Assuming you are on Windows, hit win+R, type "cmd", press enter, and type
