There's plenty of non-AAA stuff that's only available on the PC. Or, at best, comes out on the PS4 a good chunk of time later.

I can't think of a single Platinum Games game (or under their previous name(s)) that sucked. There's one that weren't as good as the others but none have sucked.

I wonder how many games there are that are on PS4 and XBOne but not WiiU. Not exclusives, but important when deciding what to buy.

Not scientific but just going through what i can see on there

Games that you can play on a Wii-U in that list : 3
Games that you can play on a PS4 in that list : 14
Games that you can play on a Xbox One in that list : 13
Games that you can play on a PC in that list : 18
Games that you can play on a 360 or a PS3 in that list : 10

There aren't any Xbox One exclusives on the list if we are being pedantic, but I don't think counting games on a list is a particularly meaningful metric of anything.

But comparing platform exclusives is obviously meaningful, even though it is also subjective.

When I'm looking to buy a console, the list of games that I can't play is hugely important. And platform exclusives doesn't tell me that, mainly because of the vast number of games that are available for PS4/XBOne but not WiiU. None of them might be platform exclusives, but that doesn't help me if I can't play them on my WiiU.

How is that subjective? That is an absolute number! There may be games you do and do not like, but the simple fact is, if console y has 3 games for it and console z has 300 games for it, I am far more likely to find games that I want to play on console z.

Does the Wii play blurays? Which console does your friends have with which you play online with? These are equally if not more important factors when deciding on which console to purchase.

Any TV with the right connection can use the remote (think its ANYPLUS ?) - my Samsung remote works on it

It's any TV that supports HDMI-CEC, which will be most decent TVs bought in the last five years.

I did my reg in boxing day when the whole thing was offline apparently and the email came through straight away. Everything was working for me on Saturday night.
