Read between the lines:

Quote:
Martin Shaw said: "I was very sad to hear today that Lewis has died. We spent a very tough four years together in making The Professionals, and shared in the production of what has become an icon of British Television.

"He will beremembered as part of the childhood of so many people, and mourned by his fans. I send my love and condolences to his family, and the great many who will miss him."

I hated working on the Professionals, hated him, others may mourn him and I'm putting out this statement so I don't look like a cunt. Still hate him though.

Well at least it puts an end to the perennial question "Whatever happened to Lewis Collins?"

Paul Walker, of 'Fast & Furious' fame, dead in a fast and furious car crash. He was only 40.

Apparently it is partially filmed, so I imagine there will be a rewrite, and doubtless some revenge.

Mimi said she'd never heard of "Paul thing from the Fast thing."

Quote:
I know it's not the Fast Show, but I've never seen that. And I knew it's not Roy Walker, because he's already dead. Is Fast and Furious the one with Nicholas Cage?

Roy Walker's no dead. He lives up the road & has no sense of humour.

Russell didn't think he was dead. I thought he'd died about 15 years ago.

And what Russell said wasn't quite right. I DID think it was someone from The Fast Show at first, but I've never seen it so didn't know who the dead person was.

You're thinking of Paul Whitehouse presumably.

No, but only because I know him from those awful adverts. I assumed someone else on the show must have been called Paul.

Ask the locals if the voucher for the free Nelson Mandela you purchased in 1984 has now expired.

I couldn't find a 2014 one (granted I just looked for the word "death" on the first 3 pages of the forum so there may well be one)

If Dimmers came back he'd be great in the budget thread. But I can't blame him, I see his point of view. So someone else will need to do it.

Sounds like Peaches Geldof died of a heroin overdose.

That's a bit sad.
