I'd throw the fat man on top of the grenade before jumping through the (conveniently wide open) window of a passing vehicle, landing in the passenger seat and making my escape while 'Original Nuttah' by Shy FX & UK Apache blares out through the speakers.

Also, would cure cancer - despite it putting a lot of my friends & colleagues in cancer research out of a job. They're smart so maybe they could cure other things instead or even fix world hunger. Even though I'm really a bit of a bum, there would probably be enough other stuff going on that my job would probably be OK for a while.
