That's about the size of it. Do us a favour Bruce (I'm asking nicely) - leave us out of it.

You're welcome to join this forum if you want to, but you'll have to follow the rules like everyone else.

I think nobody should do anything. I'm sick of the sound of chairs moving about on the carpet and it's too damn hot already.

A distilled and probably incorrect summation:

Stuart Campbell (founder of World of Stuart, where this board spawned from) got into a big argument with Bruce Whatshisname (aka 'Jane', apparently) over something to do with video games. I believe this happened on bruce's blog.

Bruce created a 'world of stuart' blog, on which to disparage Stuart.

Bruce then tried to get other people involved (this thread), when quite frankly they couldn't care less, and would prefer to be left out of it.

If that's incorrect, well, I really don't care.

The original post was not to get anyone involved.
Just bringing the existence of some excellent content to your attention.

You've used the existance and ethos of this place as ammo in your little war. We'd rather have nothing to do with it, and in fact would prefer it if you would remove the offending material.

In our school-leaver's yearbook, each person got someone else to write about, and they also had to compare them to a drink.

I was a pink gin.

Guess which bumface wrote it?

There's nothing better than taking a stupid thread completely off topic and fulling it with randomly awesome minutiae.

The army prefers their snipers to be colorblind because they can see camoflaged people easier.

It's sad because Bruce had a lot of good points, ruined by being exactly like Stu only more incompetent and by somehow managing to be even more Stalinist with the comments.

I would like to believe it but cba to look through pubmed at the moment as the only bookmark I have for it takes me to my stuff and typing ncbi pubmed into google takes too long.

I like your avatar.
It was the idea of Bruce Everiss when he was a consultant to MGT.
Mel Croucher implemented it using one of his artist associates.

Bruce E suggested putting the image on the machine itself but Bruce G was against the idea.
Several limited edition (numbered) T shirts were made by MGT with this image on.

You know, it was a little odd. The rice was otherwise unflavoured and so the melted cheese-fat gave it most of its flavour. It was very cheesey. What made it best however was the fact it was in a pepper.

Yes, a hollowed-out pepper filled with rice and topped with cheese!

I'm very fond of a packet of microwaveable rice + a tin of mackerel boiled in the tin + some cheese, as a quick 'I can't be arsed' meal.
