Great choice Romanista in that it's very different to Thwomp Ruins for getting the right line vs grabbing coins. With this track you can have all the coins pretty much by halfway through the first lap so it's all about the best line and working out the best drifts etc round the corners. I'm finding the slightest fuck up on the first corner is enough to put me well behind my best time. Worryingly I see my own ghost and think "How the fuck did he manage that?" when it's me. It's like Me1 vs Me2 Snooker. I've posted a time but I think it's probably very beatable as I'm not overly comfortable with my line yet. |

Did went back to mk wii just before mk8's release to star the 50 and 100 c to unlock some final stuff. But starring all mirror tracks.... Trousers. How many stamps do you have by now? |

Even getting just 1 star in the 150cc Grand Prix can be, ahem, 'rather challenging'. Sometimes I think you'd be better off just flipping a coin. Fortunately the game is joyous enough to play in its own right, and collecting the coins continues to unlock stuff anyway, that it manages to get away with being INSANELY ANNOYING AND UNFAIR sometimes. |

To get the Gold Kart it's just 1 starring every GP including Mirror mode. I also got new credits and a new opening announcement for that. I've got 48 stamps so far and about 2100 coins so still some stuff to wring out of if. We doing a multiplayer session of this next week one night? |

Actually decent bit of on-line implementation from Nintendo there. Also - I WIN. |

4 player split screen all with the Wii Wheel was a laugh but I didn't get blue shelled anywhere near as much as I probably should have. We ended up taking it down to 50cc for those that hadn't played the new one much and there was lots of swearing and laughs but it certainly seemed that skill and track knowledge were not evened out that much by the powerups. |

Thays the problem I had with double dash - in order to unlock the gold cart (which totally wasn't worth the effort) I ended up being so good at it that the results of multiplayer were essentially a foregone conclusion for anything but the baby course. Aside from that I'd.typically lap the field. |
