Somehow, and I didn't think this possible, I think we may be even worse at this than we were at naming Mr Kissyfurs second born.

He'll always be Richard Gaywood to me.

Most of us are too tall. Including Second Born.

We ended up with Purdey on the left and Tribble on the right.

I got my first mention on the Guardian's (cricket coverage) OBO the other day. Today, sat on a plane to Adelaide, I realised the bloke next to me was a journalist. Little spying later, and I realised it was the one I'd written to. So once he'd finished typing, I interrupted and we chatted. I wasn't totally embarrassing. I think.

Nice! Which one was it?

My brother and I used to compete to see who could get more mentions, back in the day.

Adam Collins-not one of them that I knew best, though he sounds pretty busy, writes for a good range of papers and does some commentary (or 'calling', because he's an Aussie).
