Heh. Well, the origins were so far from Tempest only my NDA prevents me from exciting you further... but you are flat-out wrong about one thing - it was a Neon underlay.

I'm sorry to be that annoying chap who pops up to ask where the best place to buy points is because he's not been paying attention for months but, um, where's the best place to buy points these days?

I need Gay Tony, Trials HD and possibly Serious Sam, also.

If you'd've'n't'n asked yesterday you'd've'n't'n been able to get 2100 for pence under 15 from The Hut. Now, it's probably Shopto for 33 ish

Tsk ! - keep an eye on the bargin thread - you just missed out (by a few hours) of the deal at The Hut for £14.93

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=111&start=3600

£15.99 at Amazon is the best i can find at the moment :

Bugger. I actually checked a few places yesterday but forgot to try The Hut, even though I like them very much. And they sent me an email yesterday about gaming offers that I didn't bother reading. Ah well.

Also, likelihood of still being the best 360 RTS is very fucking high, you've got Halo Wars which is a fun diversion and some ham-fisted C&C conversions. i hated all pc rts conversion , got tired after the tutorial, so this might work,
and this thread looks there will be some people to beat, so that' s good

Quick review needed: Portal Still Alive, worth 800 points, easily worth 800 points, or not worth very much at all?

Have you played portal before?

Because it is once of the best games ever.

Ever.

If you have got it on the PC/Orange box, then still alive is pretty much pointless.

Yes, I have it on the Orange Box. Just a pointless rehash then?

It's exactly the same as the Ornage Bawks version, as far as I'm aware.

I think there is some extra stuff, extra levels that were a free mod on the PC version.

It's got some extra challenge rooms, but apart from that it's identical to the game in the Orange Box.

Because everytime I go on live you're playing Space Soldiers of the 40,000th year with a ginger screamer.

I still love you, and I have OFSTED.

I've not played Firefight yet (or indeed touched the Offshore Fishing disc at all).

Im finding ODST - Master Chief with no shield, kinda dry but no where near as dry as Borderlands.

I seem to remember someone saying playing Halo with not-me was more fun than playing with me.

I said playing with you, Dimmers and Perkies was rubbish as my skill level was much lower than yours. We kept doing the metagames and my score was awful. Plus as I hadn't played the campaign through on my own I kept getting left behind, followed by being warped miles ahead. Not much fun, no. When I was playing with people as inept as me it was much more fun.

Don't take it so personally, you silly sausage!

You need a Dave.
I'd never play Halo Campaign as anything other than a co-op game.
