I brought up the Pearl Jam = Spunk thing ages ok, possibly on WoS even. And all the little fans said, "no it's not!" and I said, "Fuck off, it fucking is".

I'm always right.

I'm absolutely stuffed. Steak and Ale Pie, Chips and Mushy Peas washed down with a pint of Hobgoblin for lunch.

Ditto. It was a purchase on instuction from Mrs Me rather than for personal consumption, along with The Best of Dolly Parton and Mona Lisa Smile. I had to grab a opy of 30 Days of Night so I didn't look completely gay. But then again it has Josh Hartnett in it, which may explain the funny look I got from the cashier at Fopp.

When it comes to music and film she's like an archetypal Cosmopolitan reader. It's bonkers. She's an otherwise intelligent, funny and lovely person, but has this absolute lack of taste when it comes to entertainment (and choice of husbands). And it's so bad that she's bought a Beyonce album.

AA Car Warranties has got hold of my number, and has rung me at least once a day every day for the last week.

The one occasion where I actually spoke to someone I was on the train, so after telling him I was not interested I lost the signal so I'm not sure if they heard.

They've just rung again (01924 587000) and again I answer to silence followed by it disconnecting as inevitably some other poor schmuck has been connected with the sales twat first.

It is driving me fucking crazy, and as I'm now registered with TPS they'd better fuck the hell off.

Heh.

No, but I'm currently prepared for further exchange of emails about what constituents an unfair contract term, progressing through denial, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

Who is doing what?

30 Days of Night is looking good so far, 25 minutes in. I far prefer watching horror films in daytime, as I is a big fraidy cat.

Slow day at work, monster hangover. Shush.

Rodders has reminded me of the one and only time my sister picked up the microphone to play GHWT... she excitedly said "oooh can we do Paramore!!!" and then two bars in a look of sheer panic spread over her face... she was on the verge of becoming hysterical when the chorus kicked in and all the trials and tribulations were forgotten. For about 15 seconds.

We've got a couple coming around to visit us tonight. I'm not looking forward to it, but will pass the time making reference to how they went on holiday with matching ski jackets. And asking if Danny Dyer is really the King of Essex.

Hello Mr David, we amerkins are Pearl Jam. We did call ourselves that because we like spunk and it means spunk. We do eat it out of each others bottoms after gigs.
