I've seen him live, he did a bit about a student on a stag do in Amsterdam.

I shall look up some of the duo's. Frisky and Maniche are still going, and are responsible for my favorite Christmas song ever.

I think you must be getting confused somewhere along the line with Shakin Stevens, who did a Christmas song that as any foo knows is the best (and therefore most favourite of all knowledgeable and awesome and just plainly correct people ever).
