I hate it when BBC News change an article's headline and add in two lines of 'news' to a story. I feel like I'm going to read a new article, but it's the more or less the same thing I read three days ago.

Or when they change the tense of the text from 'the minister will annonuce' to 'the minister has announced.'

Oh nice, think I'm going to Alton Towers sometime in Summer. Friday we're off to Menorca, Mrs Z wants sunshine and didn't want to go too far because we're taking Baba Z.

Is there a tip for using the search function so you can find the actual post, rather than the 100 page thread it was posted in? Kthxbai.

Right, okay, I can't find it. I thought that a while back I posted a link to a large mega pixel picture of new york(?), which you could zoom in on loads and see people and cars and stuff that you couldn't see in the 'original' picture. Does any one know what I am talking about and can they link to it, I have tried a google search but am missing some pretty vital info for a search engine, like size and place! :)

Hahaha! Some chap got a dodgy DVD of Star Wars Episode 3, and it turned out to be the Chinese-dubbed version, but it was subbed in English, but English that was translated from the Chinese dub. With me? No? Doesn't matter.

I really don't get why middle aged men remain so nostalgic about Star Wars. Hell, we all realise how badly Michaela Strachan has aged, so why are we blinded by a fat bearded guy's cinematic jizzings?

I was thinking that too.

Oh and the other night I had a strange dream about you Mimi. I was trying to fix your computer, and the back of it had all sorts of Mii icons next to where all the connections go.

The network one was called Mimi Mii Mark, the monitor one was called Mimi Mii Matt, the speaker was called Mii Mimi Mike and the the microphone was Mimi Mii Mike. At that point you said that labeling like that could cause confusion.

It was very odd.

Hehe - that's really odd, because when I had a PC (before the days of Wiis and Miis) I went to paperchase and bought two sets of matching stickers, of monkeys, bananas, rainbows and cupcakes... that kind of thing - I used one set to stick next to all of the posts on the p.c. and attached the other set to each of the wires and peripherals, so that I could always tell which wires went in which places as there were so many of them. :)

Relatedly, I also had a dream about forum members last night - I went to a business meeting/party with RichieG and Dimrill, and the were trying to make a Marmite pot noodle snack (but NOT 'Pot Noodle' - we were trying to come up with a brand name) and when I woke up I had a craving for Marmite, so I had some with toast :P Dudley was also in the dream, but in another part where he was shouting at someone and was beinga bit scary, but I can't really recall what was going on there.

Not been tempted to see Return of the Jedi?

I've seen 2,4,5,6 and the trimmed bits of Phantom Menace (with good reason by the look of it - that race intro scene seems to go on forever). I should get round to episode 3 at some point.
