You had it without me though...

Maybe in another timeline we co-habitate and play together. Forever.

Sorry Dr Curiosity that I had to leave suddenly, MrsA came home.

At least the bomb got planted and went off. Not sure quite why there was opposition to this way of winning the game though.

Yeah, some strange people play it as if the bomb wasn't there... which is really a bit silly, as what is Team Deathmatch for if not that? I suppose they want to get more kills and all that, for more lovely points, but complaining that you planted the bomb is a bit much.

Still, I did get to mock some child for saying that it's as laggy as a BLT.

I enjoyed some shooty goodness with Bobby and MaliA tonight. It was fun. Especially the game where we were all playing shit, and being carried by Catboy.

That was funny, shortly followed by the shout, "I knifed someone in the face" and then, much quieter, "I think he got the point."

Although the claims of camping were really funny, it is part of the game, if you don't want camping, play headquarters. I am using a sniper rifle, I am not going to run around with it.

I'm quite happy for people to hang back with sniper rifles and pick the enemyscum off from a distance, as it free me up to get on with important stuff. Like running around in circles, stabbing people in the face and getting shot in the head.

"I've got him! No... he got me! Bastard!"

That guy got about a 20 kill streak from standing still in the caves while we dashed headlong at him.

That was quite good fun as I enjoy trying to root someone out. That, and jum, ping on the other man's head was fun.

For some reason I am FAR better at World at War multiplayer than I am Modern Warfare. In 2 hours I'd managed to get to 15, had a few dog packs, and completed quite a few challenges. I'm actually quite enjoying it.

Yeah, when I first started playing the beta I was much better at it than 4. It didn't last, though.

Just turned on my CoD4 and they've added some new modes

Hardcore Headquarters
and Variety map deathmatch

I think Hardcore Headquarters will be pretty good as you wont know where the HQ is without any radar etc....
Could work for some interesting games :D

Yeah I gave it a go, its pretty good, but it points you in the direction of the HQ, which is fair enough really.

Id quite like an actual capture the flag and bring back to your base style game, but cant see that happening

Once you get the hang of it, it's brilliant. Plus you can get loads of points and level up your guns (especially SMGs) very, very fast.

Always remember to throw those random grenades though!

Guhh, I've only just gone and got this. Cutting Edge, I am. Anyone interested in a Kissy-Kissy Bezzie Friend Deathmatch this week? If it helps sway fence-sitters, the variety pack add-on is only 400 Bill Gates Bucks this week.

Some top Coddage tonight, gents!

Lots of fun.

Nikachu, I'm terribly sorry for the continual and entirely accidental killing of you.

I might have decided to Goozex this. I didn't enjoy that very much, and it's worth a colossal 900 points.

Err, no it's not. It's 550, unless you've got the GOTY edition (with the code for the map pack untouched) and then it's 700. The Ltd Ed is also 700.

I also had a good time with this, gents. It's a shame I just start doing ok when I've had enough.

I always enjoyed CoD4, but no bugger seems to play this when I'm online.

Don't think I'll trade my copy, too many good memories... *sniff*... :'(

I've listed it on Goozex now. I enjoyed it, but more for the company than for the game itself (see also Burnout Paradise).

Yeah, I'm tempted too. There seems to be more people still playing CoD4 than UT3. Plus it's better.

I've had CoD4 on goose eggs since day one. They're not shifting though. Which suits me as I'm quite enjoying playing it again. Might just put it on hold :D

EDIT: It's nowhere near as good as UT3 though.

I'm always up for some CoDage. Or, indeed, UT3, as I haven't yet had the pleasure of Bezzying that one up.

I like UT3 now Wullie says it's good ;) I just don't enjoy it as much as the other shooters.

TBH I wont trade any Bezzie game in case it scupers future fun.

I don't actually have many games, so don't really want to get rid of too many. Until recently I had never traded in any games at all.

CoD4 is my favourite online game. It does seem to have awful lobby problems any time the Gaywood joins us.

UT3 has been kinda fun, but I enjoy playing against people more than against the computer. Plus, I love unlocking weapons and doing challenges, which I can't do on UT3.

GoW2 has been genuinely excellent for the brief period I have played online. Both Horde and killing each other modes have been very enjoyable. I want to play this more.

L4D I will get when I have enough Goosey points.

I love Horde GoW2. I find the deathmatch modes to be incredibly uninspiring.

UT3 is a great laugh. Except vanilla CTF.

CoD4 needs a big sodding map pack.

L4D is the one game to rule them all.

Not yet. Gamestation was asking 35 quid, as was CEX. HMV wanted 40. I was promised £25! Bloody myp.

I'm less fussed by the meatflag one, but the Wingman mode I really enjoyed.

I didn't promise nuffink. I said it had been £25 for the last couple of weeks.

GoW2 is great. I don't have a preference as to whether it's Horde or normal multiplayer.
UT3 has potential, but War mode against bots is deathly dull. I'd either like to play it against real people, or have bezzie CTF or team/deathmatch.
CoD4 I really enjoy, but I'm always rubbish as I go for 3-4 months without playing it at a time.
L4D is quite special, but only with enough people.
Burnout Paradise I'd play more if we actually did some races. I've grown weary of the co-op challenges.
I'm always up for Forza 2, TF2, RSV, MCLA, and Halo 3.

A bit of a leftfield suggestion, but the Xbox1 version of Counter-Strike runs on the 360. Made by the same team as L4D, of course.

I tend to start by saying to myself I'll play for an hour, then about 3 hours later im still playing.....

Its always just one more level, one more challenge with this gun etc...

Heh - on the occasions I pick it up I find I do this too. Only 75 more headshots! Two hours later...

Plus, you've only really got your eye in after an hour or so.
