Crikey, petrol is cheaper now isn't it? Even the more expensive stuff that i filled the motorbike up with today.

hope this gets over that awkward posting hump when someone announces a death.

When I filled up a few days ago it cost me less than fifty quid.

Hurrah!

First of all, condolences to the Rev.

I come to you all with retro TV news. If any of you are struck for something to watch on TV in about 50 minutes time (7.40pm) BBC 4 are showing The New Avengers, a show that has been rarely repeated.

Really sorry to hear that, Rev. My thoughts are with your family. :(

Erm, in keeping with other news-trumps-awkward theme, I just bought Mines of Moria for Lord of the Rings Online. Is it any good? TIME WILL TELL.

MrsA wants an "Aviator" as she says, like the ones in the Xbox. Can she make one and have it offline, or shall I jsut buy her a fucking doll?

Not a doll, for fucking, natch.

That is a most excellent word. I think she meant Avatar, though.

Going to have my hair chopped orf today as it's driving me mad!! My usual lady doesn't work there anymore and I am a bit nervy about having someone else do it as I'm used to her :( I know it sounds silly, but at least I knew what I asked for was what I was getting from her-I hope this guy is the same-he even knocked the price down because I have sent a lot of people their way-awwww :)

So....could it be a Bic'd Briney or a Bubbly Beyonce? Time will tell...

if I asked you to draw a mac user, what would you draw? How about an early-middle aged man, tall, slim, shaven head, goatee, nhs frame style glasses, sharp nose, black suit worn over a black polo neck with comfortable shoes? That's the guy I just talked to. And he works for the Arts Council. Ladies and Gentlemen, a walking stereotype!

I haven't used a Mac since 2006, and my total Mac usage from 2004-2006 was restricted to about five hours messing about with a semi-broken G4 I inherited.

As I said to you on Live, there's a hole where the card used to be. I've put it Somewhere Safe, but I've already looked in all the Safe Places in my office. This leaves the dozens of decaying boxes of computer stuff in the attic. I will root through them on the weekend, I promise.

£150 isn't a bad price for an xbox. Would it be made out of newspaper and jam though?

How are you going to make an Xbox without jam? Man, you just don't think these things through sometimes, do you?
