Does anyone here like wrestling? I used to.. and as such, have loads of DVDs for sale.

I'm not going to post the list here as I'm aware it's a niche market but if anyone is interested in seeing the list, put your email in a PM and I'll send it over!

Some of them are from the WWF era, some WWE... some are sealed... most have never been watched and all are in great condition!

They're headed for eBay but I thought I'd give this forum the first look.

Beat me to it! Proper wrestling, not that American stuff.

Real men at the top of their game, hot and sweaty, battering each other around the ring. That's what Ian and I want to see.

So you want to see Japanese wrestling?

I'll take a look at that list, man.

Exactly. It's all about Mitsuhiro Misawa and Toshiaki Kawada.

Unfortunately... Most of the DVDs I have feature blood and violence (Wrestling? Violent?!? Whatever next...) but there is a couple of "specials" that are 12. They are the "Before they were superstars series". Just a biog telling you what some wrestlers did before they were superstars.

Sounds a bit more 'specialised' than the stuff TheVision's offering. Happy Birthday to TheVision and Kendo if he's reading this.

I saw some awesome 70s British wrestling when I got home from work yesterday. Some guy from Rushden called Ken Joyce and a bemulleted opponent who liked rolling up into a ball.

It was fantastic!

Nope, some young guy who looked like Ronnie Barker's cellmate in Porridge.

I have some old WWF/E and ECW DVDs taking up space in my DVD cabinet. People would be more than welcome to buy them off me for a nominal fee of eff all.

I'd love to see some of Lenny McLean's fights. There're a few clips on youtube, but I really want to see the whole spectacle. Forget your fat men in swimming costumes, old school east end gangsters knocking seven shades of shit out of each other all the way :attitude:

You want to look at the ECW DVD prices on eBay. I managed to flog my collection of 10 for £120 about a year ago or so.

I've got about 20 ECW PPVs. They aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I do remember selling an ECW dvd for rather a lot once though. Something 98 period as I recall. Heatwave possible.

It does cause a few raised eyebrows when people browse my DVD collection and see I have something entitled 'Barely Legal'.

I grew up ten miles from Rushden. There's a recent thread of me showing you the route to my nearest Supermarket, which was in Rushden.
