With Moto GP 08 due out next week and Play.com offering a free t-shirt if you preorder, is there sufficient interest for it to be worth sorting out a BETEO Moto GP 08 race night every week?

I realize Forza 2 has dwindled a bit, would a fresh game invigorate things, or am I just wasting my breath?

I'd be up for this if I could get the game for £15.

I've no idea but I've got it preordered so I'll certainly be up for a race or two, night or no night.

Did you ever get SBK in the end? I had a bunch of good races last night, hampered by one guy who was really good (and finished almost ten seconds ahead of the rest of us) and one guy who was really terrible and kept falling in places he shouldn't be falling, causing me to hit his tumbling bike and fall too. Grrrr.

Nah, I walked into HMV last friday in a bit of a grump and thought "Right, I know MotoGP is next week, I'll get it if it's under £30".

It was £34.99.

Then I saw CSI for £10 and thought, "You know what, there's a solid week of gaming right there". :luv: the CSI games.

So no, and with MotoGP it's going to wait till it's a tenner I suspect, because I do still want it.

Thread hijack!

They're basically adventure games in the mould of the series. You got a scene and hunt for evidence, use the right tool to collect it, take it back to the lab and analyse.

Once you have enough to suspect someone you've talked to at a scene (or have identified through fingerprints on the database etc) you get a warrant from brass and question them etc.

They're not difficult but reasonably good with the stories if you're ok with the TV series' approach to them.

Very reasonably entertaining certainly. There's even a DS version of the first 2 PC games.
