I have a Public Law tutorial on constitutional conventions this evening. I feel ill-prepared.

I flcik from being confident about things to a wreck of self denial about things at times, even when I'm sure I'm right.
(cf. camera selling). I've got a criminal law lecture tomorrow am, then a contract law workshop, and a criminal law workshop. Contract law is talk about kodak and why people SHOULD have gotten the camera at the price and why Kodak SHOULD NOT. And a bit of discussino about offer and acceptance re: Partridge v Crittenden, Bowerman ABTA and O'Brien v MGN.

What books do you have?

I've got Poole for contract, Megarry ad Wade fro land, and I've lsot my criminal one right now.

I've got Poole for contract too, Giliker & Beckwith for tort and Bradley & Ewing for public. Can't remember what book I have for EU, will check when I get home. I'm not doing land or criminal until 2nd year. Currently finding contract and tort more interesting than EU (which has so far just been a history lesson) and public (which, to be fair, I've only had 1 lecture in thus far).
