You have one sandwiches, or two halves of a sandwich. If I went to a tea shop with three friends and we ordered four sandwiches, and they bought out one sandwich cut into four small bits... Well, it's be arguing time. |

The mistake you one-ers are making is that you assume that all sandwich making is using sliced bread, and confusing this culture's shorthand for ordering sandwiches with fact. |

No, Curiosity states in his opening post that the sandwich is made of twi slices of bread, so that's the example that we are all working with. |
