WoS was alright with the adverts wasn't it? I thought Campbell having a funny turn was what did for that place?

Yeah, but I meant as soon as he started locking the place down for subbers only. It kind of has similarities with this. A once free to use and no advertising democracy thing now having advertising = probably a bad idea.

It might also be worth pointing out that Grim... is actually hosting and paying for this forum, which was not the case...elsewhere.

This has already been discussed many a time, excellent folk.
If we could keep this thread off the Campbell train, that would be nice.

Oh indeed, was just pointing out that they're not remotely comparable situations in any shape or form, and more to the point, don't use any feelings about that time as any indicator of which way, if any ,to vote on this. Comma.

Gaywood helping me would be like JD hugging Dr. Cox.

Hello!

Question:
How will this make Grim money? I don't even look at the "you are using..." bit as it is. I imagine most people don't. Why is this company willing to give free cash for no clicks?

Bye!

I'm all for the ad but it must be in the form of a photo of Jonarob wearing a sandwich board with his companys message.

Dancing.

How can I possibly say that Grim... should pay for this forum that I use out of his pocket. It must be sucking huge amounts of bandwith costs and the like.

He should defo have advertising. Whether this or other stuff. Or put up a pay pal link, and an awesome themometer that heats up until he's reached his hosting costs target. That we donate too.

Frankly I'd support that just for the graphics of more and more inventive Blue Peter style Totalisers.

Guilty as charged, I only skimmed it.

With the subtitle telling me too as well....

My bad.

I still don't like the idea of Grim... giving us all a free ride though. If that is the case that is.

I think the easiest way of putting it is that it's no skin off my nose. The servers would be there and cost the same money, Beex or not.

Ah ok, well I still appreciate it immensely.

And lets not forget the coding involved. Unused Tag funtions don't write themselves.
