No doubt it would be noisy, all she'd hear would be 'rack' and she'd punch him.

No, never at home (only at hotels as has been mentioned loads of times already).

But funnily enough we do have a sandwich toaster, steamer, juicer, and food processor sitting unused in our cupboards. Well, sometimes the steamer is used for veg.
