I've been to the Pen & Wig a fair bit lately, now I'm living in Cathays. Haven't seen you guys there though, even though I've kept my peepers peeled.

yeah, I've been working off my Eee exclusively these last few days as my normal laptop is at the menders. Being Xandros, which I've tentatively tried to change a couple of settings on (and not without kowing how to change them back, in the main) it, erm, 'does things' from time to time. I think I accidentally hit one of the keyboard shortcuts which changed, at my end, the font, though I'm guessing it had a far larger effect when viewed on the machines of others.

As for beer - not been in the P&W much at all since last time we went out, Meaty - you've got the sofa if you need it. Or Pete can fix you up with a student (they all want his cock, see?) and you can go back to theirs, but don't tell your missus or she might get pissed off.

Hmm, actually, fancy starting at the Pen & Wig and then going round a few pubs after? I fancy something of a leisurely crawl, hadn't had one for a while.

Or potentially starting a bit earlier, to ensure I can still make it home without spending £15 on a taxi.

My last train home is 10pm, so it'll be an early finish for me regardless. Plus I'm on a money saving binge this month so couldn't really afford (another) session anyway.

YES I WAS. However I am supposed to be out this Friday (a board meeting of my former colleagues at Comtec, wittily called Comtex) and next Friday (someone's Comtec leaving do). I may be driving at the former and the latter has a free bar though, which is a useful cost-cutting measure.

Home, and back to Cardiff again, and back home again before filling up. It really is frugal. MyFinger slept almost all the way back to the COU, the wuss.
