I've suddenly started getting email notifications of new BETEO posts - I'm consequently getting *swamped*. I don't recall changing any settings on this and, in fact, can't see an option for turning this off or on in the control panel.

Help!

Well if he's complaining about an email every post, the solution is simple.

An email every minute there isn't a post in a given thread, so he doesn't have to bother looking.
