The nice lady who did my MRI sent me the images today. Or rather she sent me a giant file and told me the software I needed to view it.

My brain in such detail is the scariest fucking thing ever. Seriously, I feel a little sick looking at the pictures. Its so very weird to get a funky, spectural overview of your head and eyes that makes you look so damn odd.

Lots of pictures to follow. Here's the first.

Did they give you any fascinating info about what the scans tell them?

Is this to determine the cause of your fury then?

Have they identified which part they're going to try removing first?

The first one but this time shaded. This is all very freaky. The weird indentation around my ear is, I presume, from where I was wearing large earphones at the time.

After a phone call from his local car dealer, Comical decided enough was enough.

I have no idea how to use this analysis tool. I am clicking random functions which shows me my brain in evermore terrifying ways.

Here's a good one, the back of my head with a slice hacked out of it.

You can clearly make out the over-developed rage gland, just below the larger-than-normal fury nodes. And I've never seen such an active stab-people-in-the-face synapse. Most interesting.

Is the real brain the little thing in the middle of the bottom pic?

If you weren't freaked out before, prepare yourself. ANIMATED BRAIN.

Seriously though CG I heard you mention having your head scanned before but missed the part where you said why, if indeed you ever did.

Hope it's nothing too serious.

Not in the least bit serious, it was just a study in which I participated and it included an MRI scan. My noggin is, afaik, just fine, aside from those giant veins I didn't realise were there :)

Ah right, that makes sense then. I thought you were being a bit chipper about the whole "getting a neurological problem diagnosed" thing.

I think it'd be a cool thing to have, but don't you have to lie still and quiet for ages? *that would be hell incarnate*

Perfectly still for about an hour, yes. It's doable.

I sat still for 2 hours when having my tattoo on my back...maybe I could do it

Can you talk though? I suppose not...mind you that'd be pointless as there's no fucker to talk to is there?

The animated brain reminds of the final boss from Midnight Resistance.
