I've just watched the film. I cried, I actually cried.

So what's on your bucket list then? Other than wanting to travel and dive the world, mine has to include diving the great sardine run, I was hoping to do it next year, but unless I win the lottery or find my millionaire it ain't gonna happen, next year I mean - not 'not ever'.

I want to do a sky dive too, been on my list forever that one.

Ride in a hot air balloon.

Become a Master Diver (on my way to that).

I'm sure there are loads of other things that I just can't think of right now, so go.

If I go through life without killing someone in one way or another I'll be very dissapointed.

I'll probably think of more profound things in the morning :)

I dunno. But 'watch the bucket list' is now on it.

Others would include:

  • Twins

Becoming million-selling, award-winning rich author.

OR

Winning the lottery is a means to an end though surely, rather than an end in itself.

Writing a book though, I can see that. They say everyone has a book in them. No wonder I'm having trouble taking a shit.

For me, firstly I'd like a massively simplified personal life. That would be number one to ensure I could actually enjoy half the things I'd have on my list.

The list itself? At first thoughts:

- I'd like to do the Scumball rally or the Mongol rally or something like that.
- Take part in some kind of amateur motorsport. I may actually be half way to getting somewhere with this - more news in late September!
- Travel. I'd love to visit Japan and the US and see ancient sites like Angkor Wat and some of the Aztec/Incan ruins in South America.
- I wouldn't mind writing a book myself. I have a few ideas, but nothing really focussed enough yet.
- I also got halfway through writing a TV series pilot for a project when I was at Uni, which one of my tutors seemed very fond of, so I wouldn't mind going back to that at some point either.

The more I think about it, the more I think that moving to an island would be the best for us all. With net access, obv.

Things we want to do? Things we don't want to do?

I have never heard of a bucket list before.

I think he meant that it would be best for all of us if Comical moved to an island. On his own. With no way of leaving.

*quickly adds*

Write a book.

Get Devilman out of the country.

Zio, I must admit that it wold be nice to have someone to share the experiences with.

To be honest the film wasn't quite as good as I thought it was going to be, but there were just certain bits in it, well you know. It's all about personal interpretation I suppose. I'd definitly say it was worth a watch though. I think a lot of us (I include myself in this) take life for granted. As Robbie said - 'No Regrets'. :)

Bits & Bobs was my favourite thread. I'm still mourning it.

Anyway, I've written a book (not published, but written), moved to America and stuff.

My biggest thing for years was to see the Grand Canyon and that was my honeymoon. So that's done.

I think having a child is the biggest thing on the list for me. That's what all the hospital visits are about, looks like we might need some help getting things going.

I mean just me, and a small island.

I actually went on holiday to a small island last September. Population: 140. It was immense, no furious anger all week.

Intention.

If you're having a trial. your intention is ideally to continue with whatever it was a trial of, or you wouldn't do a trial.

Then don't do a trial if you already know the outcome. So it's not even a trial, it's just a deliberate fucking things up for 2 weeks.

Well that's better.

Actually, it's more a case of trying to get people into the habit of posting outside bits and bobs for things that are worth it. A habit that will hopefully continue if/when b&b comes back on line.

Anyone who isn't a hardcore poster can't get involved in a thread that moves up to 10 pages a day.

Or indeed a forum that moves at two whole pages of pointless threads a day.

Keep the bits and bobs and if a topic within it takes on a life of its own then split it out.

And Mr Chris is right, the mods are acting most un-excellently over this.

Equally those people will get lost if the entirety of B+B moves to the front page and the thread list becomes 10 pages a day of pointless 1 post threads, which was the beauty of B+B. Stuff that's really worth it in a B+B can be split out easily enough.

But hey, like I say, no biggie, if it's there there's more stuff I can post tis all.

Oh, okay then.

Well, I am a girl of simple means. I have already found someone to love, s I just want to stay happy. I don't particularly want anything material, or to do anything extraordinary, just be helpful, healthy and happy, and to try and make other people happy.

Last week I rescued a little toy cat from the canal after a little Chinese girl walking with her grandad, feeding some ducks, dropped it in and couldn't reach to get it back out, so I laid down on the bank and managed to reach it in teh water.

I want to rescue more toys from canals, and stuff like that, because the little girl was so thankful and happy, which made me happy too.

Oh, and I'd like to grow old gracefully and not be angry or mean to young people if I ever make it to being an old lady.

Did the grandfather, who undoubtedly had a really long beard and walked with his hands together, grant you a wish or give you a mystical trinket or something else really cool, while pipe music gently wafted through the air?

Because that would have been excellent, and I'll be crushed if that didn't happen.

That's good enough! Although you didn't see it, tree branches swayed gently in the breeze behind you as doves took wing and the music from world 4 of Super Mario Land played.

I have very few thoughts on this front. However, I would very much like to have run a sub 3-hour marathon that I can look back on and smile in my dotage. Little way to go yet, and probably, hmm, 10 years at the outside before my bod really is too old and decrepit to make it feasible for the average man such as me.

Things to do before I die...

I've done a lot of things I've always wanted to do so I don't have a list as such. But I would love to see the Rockies in winter, a timber wolf in the wild, visit Alaska and Iceland, see Macchu Picchu and the Grand Canyon. Oh, and get a qualification - it looks like Liverpool do an online Masters which I could qualify for.

And write a book. I think NaNoWriMo might be the motivator for that one.
