I have to take over 20 parcels to the PO now, one of which I could fit at least two of my kids in. I'd love to be able to take a picure of the cashiers face, she hates it when I have one bag for of stuff, never mind three!

Ah, whenever I feel like kicking a puppy, I just go on the Register comments section and wind up the Linux fanbois. Its a lovely feeling.

It is more than good! Although it's only temporary, but fuck it, it'll be fun, and the manager is clearly dead keen to have me (ooh er), so who knows?

Either way, if I can't move out this month, I'll be able to afford to in a few weeks with this, and I'll even be able to sneakily do two jobs at once during the evenings when nothing happens, so I can sit at a computer keeping an eye on the study room for one wage, and faffing about with office for another. Score!

I watched 'Definitely Maybe' last night. Surprisingly enjoyable, not least for the eye-candy triumvirate of Elizabeth Banks, Rachel Weisz, and the adorable Isla Fisher.

You're 1237th right now, will you really feel bad if I put you down to 1238th?

In fairness, I can't see me doing it, I'm still 83cm short and I think it's going to take something special for me to get the speed, angle and timing all perfect.

In other news, I'm still crap at the high jump.

Haha, no carry on. I was lining you up for the "I know, that's my motivation" joke.

I've only just got the hang of the high jump. I managed to more than double my best arcade score by qualifying for the 3rd round (only to fail on the 110m hurdles by .04 seconds).

Now you know I'm not that horrble a person. :hat:

The problem with the high jump is that I don't get to play it much because I'm trying to throw the hammer stupid distances so I keep fouling. It could do with a practice events option.

The 11m hurdles sounds like it could be a bit tight, I'll look forward to that. :DD

I just did the 100m in 9.69 seconds, there needs to be an update where your guy does Usain Bolt style poses when that happens.

High Jump ProTip: tap the A button as you get right underneath the bar. Then once you get to your highest point, hold it down until you go down to about 20 degrees. That should sort ya.

Let's face it, anything's gotta be better than series VIII.

Hell, if they can get Lister back to Earth and basically do a film version of Last Human that'd be pretty interesting.

I thought about nipping that pun in the bud when I wrote my last post, but then decided everyone would realise what a terribly weaksauce gag it was and would refrain from making it.

I need my world-weary eye-rolling smiley again... oh relevant emoticon where art thou?

And yes, I did throw the word "gag" in as punbait. It's a chance at redemption, please don't blow it.
