What's going on? I can't imagine MS is taking up all our attention, as it's quiet in there too.

I'm at home, having been up for 6 hours already, feeling like shit.

It's always quiet late morning.

It annoys me when it's quiet on here... I feel like i need to have a constant feed of discussion and other peoples views.

I'm generally referring to the last few days. It's just seemed quiet.

Probably just the dog days of the summer.

I agree, I'm pretty sure that previously the whole front page would be filled with threads that were all posted on within the last day. The ones at the bottom are currently from Sunday.

That'd be understandable if we had decent weather.

I've been playing a lot of EVE and trying to work in the remaining gaps. Still, it could be worse, there are other forums much quieter than this.

It was lovely over the weekend, except for a brief downpour overnight.

Work has picked up a bit for me, but it's still soul-shatteringly dull, plus I'm going through slight, self-induced personal crisis, so this forum has become essential to my continued sanity. Post more, people!

I just checked. It's a paucity of communication, most of the threads have < 20 replies or are old ones that have been dredged from the archive in a vain attempt to stimulate the last few people into making the odd comment.

I am still training my colleague which means he is on my work PC, forcing me to post on here using my phone - which is rather unpleasant. Plus... Nobody is saying much. Some of the most chatter-filled topics have dropped to the second page,

I've finished all my technical work, and now have been relegated to the duty of copying & pasting a massive document into a CMS. Woo.

At least it's mind-numbing to be able to switch off my brain and make the day shoot past. Also, it's nearly lunch time, and I have loads of lovely food with me. Mango: yum.

Yes, I've been a bit quieter than my usual gobshite self recently due to illness and Zardoz telling me harrowing things over CoD chatter.

The one saving grace was that it replaced the usual Wednesday project management meeting. If I ever end up in project management as a job, I'll know it's time to throw myself under a bus.

It has been a little quieter than normal this week, I think. A fair few posters seem to be quite busy at the moment, plus it is holiday season, and some of the more replied to threads have been considered by some to be unpleasant.
