As I mentioned in the last thread, I'm not going to have a poll this week. We're going to be playing Prey. It supports 8 players, and I'm one of them, so 7 slots are free for the taking.

Please post if you want to play here.

It's not first come first served as I think that's a little unfair, but I'll work out a way to deal with it when I see the numbers.

1. Sheepeh
2. Mr. Dave
3. The GLORIOUS Dimrill (who likes bumming)
4. Dudley
5. Myoptika
6. Jasmine
7. WullieOoster
8. Jon

If you fancy playing, you'll need all the free content downloaded from Marketplace. Maps and Characters. Make sure you have grabbed it beforehand!

Wait! I have a copy, and I never really got into it. I will swap it for one of yours and/or some of your Earth pounds.

You don't *have* to use the portals. You'll just die loads if you don't.

Did Portal make you feel a bit sick as well? Or is it just the whole upside-down thing?

I loves it, I do.

Gah! I'll probably just be home from work when the fun starts, so in between feeding the baby and preparing/eating dinner there probably won't be much time for Prey, unfortunately. I'll try and jump online for a quick game if there's any space, but don't reserve me a place as I can't guarantee I'll be there.

na I was fine with portal, maybe it was the whole upside down thing, the only other game Ive had motion sickness from was something to do with planes where I was properly doing loops or summit, so very possible the whole upside down thing.

I have not played it once.

This could be some glorious failure.

Hmmm... any of them near Liverpool Street?

Actually, I'm probably playing footy on Monday, so I'll have to give this a miss in all likelihood.

Bumpity to remind people that assuming Dimrill is playing, there are 3 slots left for Monday.

And to remind people it's Monday, natch.

Just a reminder that you'll need all the free extras downloaded beforehand, too.

What time is this?

And am I eligible even though Ms Me decided she would destroy my headseat by vacuuming up the wire, which in turn also destroyed the vacuum cleaner?

I've only played the game once, in single player, when I had a raging tooth ache, therefore it could be a completely elegant disaster. If I'm lucky.

10 PM Monday.

And you're certainly eligible as long as you have an Xbox 360 on Live, a copy of Prey, and a pad.

That's all 8, folks.

If anyone wants to be a backup player just be around at the time and you can get in if someone else fails to show.

The bar map didn't lag too much.

The last map I played lagged to holy hell though.

Aye, any map with spherical gravity fields was just unplayable.

The best bit was when I spent several seconds trying to pick up a rocket launcher but each time I was just about to get it, I was suddenly transported a couple of steps back.

Aye, on shuttle 2 I was deliberately not going outside due to some cock in a shuttle. And then I mysteriously teleported so that I was not only outside, but also right infront of some cock in a shuttle. Who then shot me.

RTT is a bit poo, to be honest. It's fun in multiplayer, but you need exactly four or eight people for a tournament, bizarrely.
