Sneakers is a great film. I missed most of the second half though.

He was a demanding man as it turned out, wasn't he?

Speaking of empty cinemas... soon after the release of "Indiana Jones and the last crusade" (i'm gonna take a stab at 1991) my Dad took my brother and I to the local fleapit in Stockton-on-Tees. This was literally 2 days after the release, a saturday afternoon and it was just me, me bro and me dad. Very strange.

I went to see Dog Soldiers at the Kinema on a Friday afternoon with a mate - there was, strangely enough, almost noone in there except a creepy old man.

What is it with daytime cinema showings and perves?

I've been in a cinema with just my mate. It was Men of Honor or something (the one with Robert DeNiro and Forrest Whittikar being divers). After lying in front of the screen to see what it was like we just watched the film, to be honest.
We smoked, though.

I'm seeing Wall-E tonight, so after reading this thread I will remind my friend not to leave until the credits have finished. Hopefully he won't go to the toilet halfway through the film then expect me to explain all the plot developments when he returns, as he did during the Jesse James film.

I really liked it. He still went to the toilet though, but thankfully didn't ask me for plot details.

ZOMG Spoiler! Click here to view!
The first act, on Earth, could have worked as a short. In fact, watch it for that part alone.
