This is just one reason why I never bother buying any white clothes.

Eventually the creases cancel each other out and it looks like it's been ironed anyway.

I've actually worked out that if you take shirts out of the tumble drier and hang them up when it finishes, rather than 4 hours later, you tend to end up with decidedly less creased shirts.

One of the partners in our department tells off associates and juniors for:

(1) Having unpolished shoes.

(ii) Wearing a shirt with a chest pocket on it. Woe betide the person who keeps pens in it, too.

(C) Wearing short-sleeved shirts.

(d) Wearing off the rack suits.

(5) Not having a haircut soon enough.

(vi) Wearing jumpers.

And other things.

Surprisingly, he's actually a fantastic bloke. We all just have to learn to live with the fact that he's a sartorial nazi. However, him referring to people wearing chino-style trousers as "misunderstanding business casual for golf-club casual" was one of the highlights of the last year. How we laughed.

Waistcoats are Charisma +4 as standard. +5 if they have pictures of monkeys on them.

And of course they're +6 if they're *made* of monkey:

He could work in my television. Sit there and shout "OI CHILD, NO." everytime toddler hands get even vaguely close.

Feel free to send your CV in, to save wasting time please check the following 1:1 height guide before applying;

We need one of those. Our television screen is entirely covered with little sticky hand prints. The big bad "I said no!" results in The Quivery Bottom Lip of Doom - so I'm saving it for the serious things like him playing with electric sockets, picking up china cups or touching my 360.

Good lordy. Never again shall I only read page one and page four of a thread.

Being easily confused, I had to check twice that the page about pink clothing was vaguely relaed to the page about Mimi's shop.

You crazy kids :luv:

Which is a particulaly crap and long-winded way of saying that I've linked to your site from my blog, Mimi. Guaranteeing you a full 1.5 site views every six months.

Hehe - 1.5? Will someone click but not bother waiting for it to load.

Thanks though hon - I appreciate the linkage to get Google to crawl around more than anything else - google has only picked the apple purse up so far it seems.

I sold out of kokeshi doll notebooks today, which is strangely satisfying, so I am making more of those :)

If we linked to enough things to generate superloads of orders, would you be able to keep up the supply?

You need to go on Dragon's Den.

Easy cheese, easy sell.

(the local shopkeeper, I.P Freely (probably not real name) was listening to this spiel from an 'Easy Cheese' salesman when Craig went to the shop one day...)

Ppffft, Dragons den are only interested in toilet helipads and bottled ducks.

But yeah, I could cope with a decent number of orders I think.

Please do, there's a serious danger I'll snap and have one of those with the DS-Lite case and pea card holder :P

I made 'Big Cheese' business card holders whilst I watched rubbish TV.

So now, bees, peas and cheese. Poetry.

Not to detract from Mimi's lovely site, but I feel I must give my sister's etsy shop a plug, which is full of equally cute stuff.

Etsy really needs a UK version, everything being in dollars is confusing for any UK buyers.

You can hire me for one jaffa cake and a glass of milk. To buy it is quite expensive - at least 2lb of bananas and at least one giant blanket and pillow.

No. She does design the Pomelo ones though, and go over to Thailand to make sure they make them properly.
