I logged into Steam for the first time in about three years today, just for the crack (I don't have a gaming PC anymore) and noticed I have a Guest Pass for CS:S.

I expect anyone who actually wants this already has it, but I thought I'd offer it out. First come, first served.

CS is a great game. I daren't play it again, because I won't stop.
I used to be pretty good, too. Had every key on my keyboard bound at one point :o

I wouldn't be surprised if they bundle it on the 2nd Orange Box, tbh. Total speculation, but:

Half-Life 2: Episode 3
Portal 2
Counter Strike: Source
Day of Defeat: Source
The Ship

We can only dream, eh?

It is indeed. I've wasted weeks of my life playing this game. However due to a combination of COD4 and everyone else having far better specced pc's I find I dont play it as much as I used to.

If you ever fancy a few games there's a good bunch of people on our server; which can be found on our CCS website http://www.manxrats.co.uk

And if they have any sense of humour it'll be called "The orangier box"

Sorry Myp, I misinterpreted this guest pass for the HL2 gift thing you get when buying the orange box and already have HL2.

Since I already have CSS, perhaps this would be of better use to someone who has never played the game.

Any others want to try this out? Basically its a 3 day trial.

Cheers anyway Myp :)

I think I ended up buying Half-Life 2 and Episode 1 separately, which gave you CS:S twice.

I may be wrong, but I only thought HL2 came with CSS and not Episode 1. The pass you sent me was for 3 days only.

I dont know if you have a Nvidia gfx card but they normally give you bits and pieces as I believe they sponsor Steam.

I would be up for this if Ramsea buys me a new PC I could run it on. I'll then buy his son CS:S...
