When it wasn't one of your three votes, fella. I wouldn't want to assume anyone who didn't vote for the game wasn't showing up. If you want in that's 2 easily filled slots left.

OK. Here's the dealio. Goddess Jasmine has kindly agreed to help out with Mothering so we can fit all the people in game. Over the weekend when I'm less tired I'll make up a list of who is in Jasmine's game, and who's in mine. If anyone has problems with their allocation it's up to them to ask someone to swap with them and sort it out, but I'm sure we all love each other very much.

Myself and Jasmine have contact to each other, obviously so if we decide to move the people around, say after a few games played we can do so quite easily. There's 1 slot left in each game, before we'd have one person on their own so once they are gone, they are gone.

Well yeah, I'm in chap! I thought it was the general consensus that if you have the game and partake in the voting, you'll play the one that wins whatever happens, you'd just prefer to play the ones you vote for. That's how I look at it, anyway. So long as I have the game, I'm in. Unless I'm, like, doing something else of course :p

can i be a prick, can we have a seperate thread to say we are playing this, just it makes it stand out more, im on the forum all the time and am more likely to remember if there is a thread that says carcassone fuckbags than just this thread that has become boring banter than i wouldnt even think of looking at. I think the appearances would increase by at least one person.

Perhaps some kind of 'Upcoming Games' thread, or summat. Hmm. Or, er, y'know, the News Ticker thingy on the main page of the forum (which, if like me, you just use 'View new posts' you'll not see, which is reasonable), if someone remember to update it.

But, perhaps, some kind of 'FORUM STUFF TO BE AWARE OF THAT IS HAPPENING REALLY SOON AND THAT' 'thing' would be good. In a slightly more 'OY OY!' fashion than a news ticker, possibly. Maybe we should, seriously, set-up a mailing list for 'Forum News'?

Another advantage: lapsed visitors might be enticed back by seeing e.g. '27th July: nude titty-grabbing mud-wrestling*' - y'know, folks who join up, forget, and then are suddenly reminded of what they're missing.

* My money's on Dimrill. I've shot it everywhere.

I'll try and make an effort to update the ticker once a game has been chosen.

Mr Runcle, you are more than weclome to be abny variety of genetalia you deem appropriate.

You can set yourself on ("holiday" - British Ed) in the settings. You'll still lose your streak, but at least it won't bitch about you for not playing.

A cack automatically generated blog, supposedly written by your 360 about your playing habits. Absolutely hilarious for the week that it takes to see all seven canned 'my owner played games X and Y today!' or 'my owner ignore me! 360 sad!' posts.

It's still interesting to see what you've been playing and how many achievements/gamerpoints you've been getting on any particular day/week.

Okay, looks like I can make this after all. CUS has been great enough to lend me his as he has a spare in his house at the moment. Hurrah!

Oh I don't know, I had to travel over towards Fairytale Village in the land of Cuckoo Clocks, Flying Monkeys and sweet bullrush and mist, and look at his face and everything. It was awful. His face that is.

Ange has expressed a concern that 10pm is a bit late for her. Is there any chance that one group could start a bit earlier (9pm, say), so that she could participate?

Yep, sounds good. Can we get 3 more who want to start at 9? I could then join later when Ange has had enough.

Well, I won't be able to start much earlier, to be honest.

If you can sort out with the other players and Jasmine about starting at 9, I haven't written the groups yet.

It looks like football is on tomorrow night, so 10pm is as early as I can make it, and there's a chance I might not make it at all. Please keep this in mind and don't pledge to sacrifice my first born child as revenge for any no-show.

Sorry to be a pain, but I really can't stay awake after 10pm on a school night. I need at least 8 hours kip or I'm a nightmare the next day. I don't mind dropping out if there's not enough people wanting to play at 9 :)

I can play at 9 if it helps even it out. I could play both if I enjoy my first stint and am allowed to play both unless someone else wants to the 10pm one.

You most certainly can play both, slots allowing. If you want to play at 9, you may do so. Yes, you may.

Eh? what? Me? Sorry, but my 360 is away at the cleaners at the moment, so I can't play Carcassonne. I am limited to original xbox games only for the foreseeable future, sorry.
