And Dudley had a hugely verbose hello titler sign.
Lave started it.

Brilliant stuff Duds. I'd love to come to one of these, but a brief check for this one suggested I'd have to leave about 11:15 and would get home at about 3am.

Er, well my main worry was the 11:15 (although the last train from Euston appears to be 11.40, so that might have been pushing it) leaving time as I thought that might have been a bit early. I probably should have checked that though.
Then I'd have to stay relatively alert on a near 3 hour journey to Birmingham and then fall into a taxi at half two in the morning.
The drunken death-slide sounded fun though, but the 24th just sort of arrived without me looking into it anymore.
I'll put some more effort into it next time, ok?

Back in January, I left my house at about 08:30 to get to the 18:00 meeting point. I arrived home the next day at about 18:00 too.

Granted I stayed at my sister-in-common-laws flat over night, but that's by the by.

See, I don't have a problem with this. Getting home at 18:00 the next day would be pushing it a bit, but I'd probably rather sort out somewhere to stay and (oh, god) drive to london and then back again the next day.

My stomach is still not happy with me for last night.

And it's only going to get worse, as a load of people are coming over to mine tonight, including Ange, so wine will abound!

Zounds! Foiled again!

Does everyone on here know everyone else, anyway? It seems that way somewhere. Dimrill! You need to make a Beex Family Tree, like those ace Rock Family Trees (for example this insanely large scan).

That looks like the ones they used to do on the back of the giant posters in Kerrang every so often.

I don't know anyone here, who are you all anyway?

I am Denny Crane.

Denny Crane.

Random Denny Crane quote-o-tron!

Oooh - new sig!

"I'd just like to say that most of us begin life suckling on a breast. If we're lucky we end life suckling on a breast. So anybody who's against breasts is against life itself."

Or:

''Bored? How can I be bored? I'm Denny Crane. Even the sound of my name fascinates. More, Sydney. More about me"

Oh man, this is my afternoon gone.

Could be them, they are a very distinctive style. They are all done by a bloke called Pete Frame; he's done a few books of them. There was a spin-off TV show too that I'm fairly sure was narrated by John Peel.

They are very good. The one that covers Deep Purple/Ratt/Whitesnake/Rainbow/Black Sabbath/and many more is jawdroppingly complex.

Dudley and I will have to come along and spectate, then, being without the necessary.

I think I'll cope with that.
