Beans first, then cheese (yeah, yeah, the butter is mandatory). But if I'm having them on crumpets, it's cheese I on first, and well toasted, then beans on top. And maybe a few jalapeño slices. Or Worcester sauce. |

We once had crumpets soaked in egg, spices and finely shredded sprint onion, cooked, topped with cheese and grilled. That was awesome. Wouldn't the bean juice just soak into the crumpets? Don't like the idea of that. |

More than 3/4 people think that it's beans first, cheese on top, which is correct. Cheese should always be the top ingredient on anything, because it's the best one. |
