OK, I added some terrible music.

Don't think any of the ones I added are sweary.

It's okay, there's an explicit filter so I can find them easily enough.

Are you doing prime rib of beef? Based on what's just come off my smoker, I recommend prime rib of beef.

Also wings and pork shoulder, duh, but the beef has significantly outshone those and the wings are the best I've done and I do great wings (the worst I've done have made people decide they should come here instead of going to Reds)

It was about 300F for 2 hours, then cooled to 275 for another 2 or 3, and I Texas cheated it for at least 2 hours of it (it was one rib, bone out).

My smoker isn't controllable at all, beyond "add/don't add coal", and I was a bit distracted by mowing the lawn and going next door for a cuppa.

I've got one like that, because I built it and it has air gaps everywhere.

What's your excuse?

Cheap smoker with no adjustable intake or exhaust that is so well-used the metal is distorted creating air gaps around the lid. I should get some fire cord to block it up really, but I'm due an upgrade anyway.

"Hey Grim..., what are we going to eat?" or "Yo Cras, what food are you making?" has been asked literally not at all. Honestly, we should have just served up the fucking grass or something.

ANYWAY not that any of you cunts care but this is what we're going to make if we haven't eaten all the meat by Saturday morning.

Speaking entirely for myself that's because (a) I trust you lot fully when it come to MEAT and (b) I quite fancied the idea of just being surprised at whatever delicious madness got served up.

Because they're just sausages.

Whaaaat? What's worrying about the idea of the chefs squirting their special sauce onto your burger?

Smoked macaroni cheese?! That sounds ridiculously amazing. Do you have to have a special gadget to make that it have you cheated it somehow? I magnet wow to have some.

Your menu made me chuckle, too. Nice work chef-types.

That's more to the capabilities of my kitchen! Do you think that'd work? Worth a try, I think.

My friend bought me smoked tofu and it was amazing. It was like the smoky part of bacon without bacon.

Genuine question why the dairylea slices?

Always viewed that as pretty cheap and nasty cheese? Is there some culinary tip I'm missing here? :)

The odd time I do burgers and get cheese slices there is always a better looking range

I usually get these

Yes, I've tried them! They do a chilli version too, which wasn't so good.
