Well, I'm not really sure yet. The band that the guy who asked me is already part of a band called iParty and I think the deal could be that we have interchangeable members depending on the gig. I think the current lot already do a couple of dates a month but they don't want any more.

Sounds good, but check your exposure on insurance, equipment and making dates. And buy them no equipment.

Good idea. My drum kit is already covered on my house insurance and that includes taking it away from the property. I've got everything I need to be self sufficient, the rest is up to them I guess?

If you're going to drive, make sure you're coverered for business use. It doesn't tend to cost much.

My mate has loaned me her old S6 Edge while my phone is in the shop and she's actually managed to get the Facebook app's navbar burned into the top of the screen. I didn't even think that was possible with current(-ish) screen tech!

I wouldn't be friends with the kind of fuckwit that would hand their phone out without wiping it first.

My friend works in EE and he regularly has people bringing their phones in to be repaired (He has a lot of broken screens). One of his friends girlfriends brought hers in once and after a quick look, he found loads of pictures of her in her birthday suit.

I don't think he's been able to look him in the eye since.

I must have been one of the few IT support staff to respect my users' privacy it seems!

I only went into their documents, downloads and pictures if I had to.

Internal IT support at a company means you're a lot less likely to come across nuddies than someone working at somewhere like PC World, I suspect.

Was it a Beexer who worked somewhere where someone was caught printing out reams of it on a black and white dot matrix printer? That was amazing.

I printed out a 3 foot long ASCII art picture of a topless woman on my Dot Matrix printer attached to my BBC Model B. I thought it was the sexiest thing I had ever seen at the time.

This is before I saw them nude pics of Russell of course.

My mother once got enraged with the kid next door who was playing in their back garden and had brought home a recorder from school. It was driving her crazy as it was a ridiculously hot day and the only place she could get some breeze was from the open back door. After about 20 minutes, however, it all got too much and she shut the door and went and sulked in the living room. However, the sound followed her... it had been her own whistling nostril the entire time.

Local news shenanigans.

http://www.three.fm/news/isle-of-man-ne ... omms-unit/

Quote:
After being moved to a new cell he was seen urinating on the floor before sucking it up and spitting it at the camera and communication panel; he was also seen snorting his urine.

Jones then tried to insert his penis into the electronic device - which is used by officers to speak to those in the cell - in an apparent bid to urinate into it.

Jones' advocate told the court he realised "he went too far" adding "Perhaps he started off trying to make some sort of protest".

Doable. How many people were at the cottage last year? Just tell them we're putting the price up a little this year. Blame Brexit or something.
