The perfect way to build your appetite for a delicious vegan meal from the Yes! Chef!s.

Very best carroty goodness!

We got this tofu on lock, fans!

Actual serious question: does anyone not want us to cook them dinner on Saturday? We'll be doing chicken tikka masala.

I don't want you to cook me dinner, but I don't mind if you cook dinner for everyone else! :)

Not even allergic, just intolerant. Eating more than trace levels of nuts leads to a certain amount of gastric distress and one or two weeks to completely recover.

I am ever hungry. Me for dinner. Me.

Silly question but cam I get a confirmation on the exact address? Can't see it mentioned in the thread anywhere. I'll be rocking into Derby train station mid-day Saturday.

Not sure what fun things I'll be bringing, other than whiskey, wine and my X100F. Might bring a couple of cult movies, such as RepoMan. Ooh! Will I need to bring a sleeping bag and mat?

I've never known. I show up near the ASDAs, get blindfolded and thrown in a boot, then driven around for hours. Every single year. It's a 'joke' they have.

Stenson Hill Farm
Derby Road
Twyford
DE73 7FZ

It's not very well signposted off the main road, there's just a turn off through a wooden gate that leads down a very straight road. At the end of the straight bit is a "fork" - you need to go left over a rickety metal bridge, and then I think left at another fork to go down to the cottages themselves.

Alongside Go, I've always wanted to learn Bridge. I'd happily to take on all-comers at croquet too. And if you think it's a genteel game, you've clearly never thwacked someone's ball into oblivion and smiled as you've done so.

I'll be getting in at 13:34 at Derby train station. Happily, despite the fiddly walk to the bus station, the number 38 drops me off right by the turn-off to the cottage. Handy.

Other than some classic films and TV DVDs, a board game (probably Camel Up) my photography skills and rudimentary wit, I have little to offer, but I pray you all welcome me to my first Beex Cottage with welcome and mildly hungover arms.

Unfortunately there's a great big paw shaped hole in the middle so the structural integrity is knackered, otherwise I'd have hidden it under icing :D

Sounds like a feature to me! Benefiting the people eating it with a light and airy center that will leave them wanting more....

It's all in the way you sell it.
