I need to replace my works phone as it is not keeping charge, I currently have a HTC Windows 8 Phone.

Work have changed the policy I can spend up to $350 (yes dollars), and claim it back.

It needs to support the following:-
[img]Phone and Text
Emails
Skype for business
Internet[/img]

I liked my windows phone as the battery lasted days as there are not many apps.

Help :)

That's not a real reason for liking it. Just don't install many apps on whatever other phone you get!

I have almost nothing on my work Android phone and it lasts a week on a full charge.

Probably harder to find phones that can't do all those things. I like the Moto G range, personally. I went from the first version to the 3 (Amazon do one with double the usual RAM) and they're good budget phones. Doesn't have all the sensors and features of the more upmarket phones but I don't need those anyway.

I gave the old Moto G to my Mum to try and get her into smartphones and she loves it - she'll use it instead of the laptop or iPad now.

Edit: At a ~$350 budget, I'd probably go for the Mi 5s Plus.

The OnePlus 3 is $400, so slightly outside your budget. Which is sad, because it's a screaming bargain. For a work phone, you probably don't want to go too bargain basement because you're going to want warranty support if it breaks. That might foul LewieP's suggestion. Other than that, a Moto G4 is a good choices, although they aren't as good as they were before Lenovo bought them e.g. they don't get prompt software updates any more. Also, the G4 is very big; do you have a constraint on screen size?

A mid-range Huawai is another option to look at.

Considering what you do, you can choose any phone you want? That surprises me more than a little.

I don't do what I did. When I do the phone has to to stay in the car, or be locked in a locker.

No constraint on size, just on comfort.

I will look at he Huawi.

It does not have to be the latest just with a warrenty.. I could for example get an iPhone 6

Stay away from Huwaei, I have the Honor 4x it is okay, but has no support at all, and they lie about the internal capacity and their android interface is a bit shit.
